Like many, life has thrown me many unexpected curve balls. Because of this, I know the importance of having a strong and well-rounded support network. I became a therapist to give back – and am driven by the honor of getting to be a part of someone’s healing journey. I enjoy celebrating successes with my clients! I want to hear from my clients first – I make space for clients to set an agenda for session and pinpoint their goals for that week’s discussion. I believe you are the most reliable narrator in your own story, and work with clients to promote empowerment in their own therapeutic experience. Relationship building goes both ways – I bring my most authentic self to session. During initial sessions, I allow time for clients to ask any of their own questions they may have about myself or therapy in general. I welcome feedback to ensure clients are receiving the best support possible.
