Psychologist, PhD
Accepting clients Last Updated Today

As a psychologist, I specialize in working with students - individuals and couples - navigating life transitions, anxiety, addictions, and stress. I worked in a college counseling center for four years and have extensive experience working with undergraduate, graduate, and law students. I offer a warm, collaborative space to explore patterns, build insight, and move toward greater clarity, connection, and alignment with what matters most to you.

You may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected—navigating a life change, relationship shifts, or school pressure. You’re thoughtful and self-aware, but stuck in patterns that aren’t working. You want space to reflect, understand yourself more deeply, and feel more grounded in how you show up in your life and relationships.

If you're feeling stretched thin, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward, you're not alone. Therapy can be a place to slow down, reflect, and feel supported as you navigate what’s next. I’m here to listen without judgment and to walk with you through the challenges. When you're ready, I invite you to reach out.
