In all our experiences and hardships, there is powerful wisdom and strength that can help keep us moving forward. In our work together, I will work with you to create a safe space for understanding and change as we draw upon your unique wisdom and strengths to build the life you want.

I specialize in working with individuals experiencing or who have experienced various traumas, depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, and low motivation. I primarily draw upon person-centered techniques, including motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy to help build change. I am also trained in utilizing Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and phobias. I am happy to get creative to find your ideal sense of teamwork and the nature of therapy sessions. Therapy with me is about working together in a safe space, exploring who you are, finding the change you want, and planning to become the best version of yourself.
