Danielle Pace
I am a licensed clinical psychologist with advanced training at McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School affiliate, in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and mentalization-based therapy (MBT). I specialize in working with adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, emotion regulation difficulties, relationship and interpersonal challenges, self-esteem concerns, and recurring patterns of coping or behavior.
My approach combines evidence-based behavioral strategies with relational and insight-oriented therapy. I draw from DBT, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), MBT, and psychodynamic therapy to help clients better understand the patterns underlying their difficulties while developing practical skills to respond differently. I aim to create a collaborative, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel understood and supported while also being challenged to make meaningful changes in their lives and relationships.
