College can feel like a lot. Between classes, relationships, expectations, and trying to figure yourself out, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, stuck, or worn down. I work with college students who are thoughtful and self-aware but feel anxious, overthink things, or notice the same patterns showing up again and again. I also support students healing from trauma. Therapy with me is a relaxed, supportive space to talk things through, make sense of what’s going on, and feel more grounded and confident as you move through this stage of life.
