Our team values a therapeutic style that is warm, yet interactive and direct. We believe in providing clients with a comfortable and safe climate to enhance personal insight, explore problematic patterns, learn practical skills, and make meaningful change. As a collaborative process, we highly value open discussion in therapy about what feels to be working well, and what feels to be less effective.
While we work with clients on many different issues, our clinicians have particular expertise in trauma, eating disorders, self-injury/destructive urges, stress management, pain/illness, problematic coping behaviors, and often co-occurring mood (i.e., Depression) and Anxiety Disorders.
Therapy is never one size fits all. We strive to create deep and meaningful connections that meet you where you are, and support you in getting to where you want to be.
