Kaley Moore
The transitions and stress involved in college or graduate school can be overwhelming, and I am here to help. As a clinician, I am skillful in supporting clients for whom anxiety, chronic stress, depression, and developmental disabilities are primary areas of concern. I enjoy treating clients who have physical or medical complaints using psychotherapeutic modalities, including mindfulness, acceptance, and health behavior change. I also welcome clients who wish to address disordered eating, body image, or diet-related concerns in therapy. I am very passionate about the mind-body connection and strive to help my clients achieve balance between physical, mental, and emotional wellness to promote optimal healing.
I believe in tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs, including their lived experiences, preferences, strengths, and cultural background to make the therapeutic experience both personal and meaningful. I practice with a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach to help clients feel safe and begin healing.
If you think we may be a good fit, I'd love to hear from you. I offer free, 10-minute consultation calls and am accepting new clients via Telehealth and in-person.
