College can be an exciting time, but it can also bring new pressures, uncertainty, and challenges. I work with college students and young adults who are navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, academic difficulties, life transitions, and questions about identity and belonging.

Whether you are struggling to keep up with the demands of school, wondering if ADHD or autism may be affecting your life, adjusting to greater independence, or exploring your gender or other aspects of your identity, I provide a thoughtful and affirming space to better understand what is happening and what may help.

My approach begins with listening. I take the time to understand you as a whole person rather than rushing to a diagnosis or treatment plan. Depending on your needs, I offer comprehensive psychiatric assessment, therapy, medication management, and adult autism evaluations. Together, we can develop a plan that supports both your mental health and your goals for the future.
