Kimberly Mestizo, LMSW
College and grad school are full of big changes. This can include new independence, developing friendships and romances, academic challenges, and family expectations. You might also be exploring your cultural or personal identity, figuring out where you belong, or feeling pressure about your future career.
As a college graduate and daughter of immigrant parents, I understand the mix of excitement and stress that these years can bring. I’m a bilingual English and Spanish therapist with a Salvadoran/Latiné background. I bring a strengths-based, relational approach to support students as they navigate these experiences. Together, we can explore these challenges, build coping skills, and help you feel more connected to yourself and your goals.
I’m happy to offer a free consultation so we can see if we’re a good fit!
