Whether you are looking for someone to talk to or to learn new coping skills to deal with life's stressors, I offer a non-judgemental and safe space to explore these issues.
I have experience working with adults with various mental health concerns. I have extensive meditation experience and like to focus on identifying and challenging unhelpful thoughts. I look forward to working with you!
