Marissa Ellis
Life's unpredictability and challenges can lead to uncertainty, fear, and stress. Many clients who seek my psychotherapy services experience stress, anxiety, or depression, often stemming from life transitions, grief, or struggles with interpersonal relationships and self-identity. I have over 6 years of experience treating a wide range of mental health issues and have work with college students dealing with homesickness and veterans.
I utilize evidence-based approaches and humor in sessions to foster positivity, confidence, and hope. In our sessions, clients find a welcoming, supportive, and comfortable environment where they feel understood and heard. I believe building rapport and trust with my clients is imperative to the therapeutic work, relationship, and achieving set goals in therapy.
Reach out to me to see if we may be a good fit to work together.
