I'm a registered associate professional clinical counselor with IPW Health, offering therapy by telehealth for college students and young adults in California. I work with students facing anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment to college life and academic stress, and I focus on creating a warm, steady space where you can make sense of what you're carrying.
Sessions are by video so they fit around classes, and I practice under the clinical supervision of a licensed IPW Health therapist. If medication could help, our psychiatric nurse practitioners are part of the same team so your care stays coordinated. We accept Aetna, Anthem, Blue Shield of California, Cigna, Oscar and UnitedHealthcare, plus self-pay.
