As a therapist at Caring Mind Counseling, I work primarily with young adults and adults navigating trauma, grief and loss, substance use, co-occurring mental health concerns, life transitions, and identity exploration. I have a particular interest in the ways these experiences can overlap and influence one another. Rather than viewing a person through a single diagnosis or concern, I believe it is important to understand the larger story—including the experiences, relationships, environments, and systems that have helped shape who you are.
I approach therapy through a systemic lens while placing a strong emphasis on autonomy and adapting to unique journeys. My goal is not to tell you who you should be or how you should live, but to support you in developing a deeper understanding of yourself and making intentional choices about the life you want to build.
I hope therapy here can be a space where you feel supported enough to be honest, curious enough to explore, and empowered enough to decide what comes next. Wherever you are in your journey, I look forward to meeting you and working alongside you as you discover what matters to you, navigate what has shaped you, and move toward the life you want to create.
