You can out-think nearly any problem, situation, or person. You are innovative, curious, and perceptive and your intellect has helped you achieve most of your goals. Yet relationships prove difficult, and when you aren't able to think your way out, you retreat into your mind and detach from others. You become more cynical, abrasive, and nihilistic. Your intelligence has shielded you from difficult questions related to your functioning in relationships with others. You want the same sense of satisfaction and value in relationships that you experience nearly everywhere else.
You need a judgment-free place to make meaning through the exploration of your life circumstances, beliefs, and values. I encourage deep thinking and questioning. I won't give you worksheets, and I won't try to align your desires and fears with that of the masses.
I appreciate your individuality and encourage you to call forth your inventive, independent, and curious self to all areas of life. It is not enough to just observe and study life, you must participate as well. I'm ready when your are.
