I provide a warm skillful non-judgmental therapeutic relationship to explore your current life goals, assess your progress and identify adjustments and barriers. Applying evidence-based tools and strategies, my treatment approach integrates psychoanalytic relational theory, DBT, AEDP and Somatic embodiment theory and practice. These foundational psychological treatment approaches comprehensively apply cutting edge cognitive and neuroscientific concepts to help inform the path through transformation and an overall sense of dynamic balance and well-being. You can expect to develop foundational observation skills to enhance self-awareness to improve your inner control of attention which will offer a range of new possibilities and choice points to contribute to your personal development. I will show you how to manage distressing emotions and learn effective strategies for interpersonal communication. By enhancing lateral thinking abilities for creative problem solving and executive functioning planning there are limitless opportunities to create the life you have envisioned for yourself. I am a parent of three children and a somatic embodiment enthusiast. I am aspiring oneironaut who seeks to explore and map the inner and outer atmospheric dimensions of experience. I obtained my Master's degree at California Institute for Integral Studies, a holistically oriented, progressive university based in San Francisco and I have been licensed 23+ years. I am currently completing my Ph.D. coursework at California Institute for Integral Studies in the Transformative Studies Department. My research interests include the phenomenological and hermeneutic dimensions of embodiment. I am an avid advocate for displacing human exceptionalism to elevate and advance our ethical responsibility towards the more-than-human co-experients that we share the Earth with.

Being a man in the modern world can be tough, especially if you’re carrying the added burden of anxiety, OCD, trauma, or related issues, or if you’re navigating life as a neurodivergent man. Maybe you’re struggling with constant rumination, which keeps your mind and body on overdrive, draining you of your precious energy. Activities you once enjoyed may feel like chores. Self-doubt might rear its ugly head in the form of harsh self-criticism, over-cautiousness, perfectionism, or an excessive fear of failure. Relationships may become strained, leading you to excessively seek others’ approval, hide behind a mask to avoid taking social risks, or withdraw from others altogether. Left untreated, anxiety, OCD, and related disorders may lead to: • Mental symptoms such as worry, shame, and a lack of concentration. • Physical symptoms such as exhaustion, digestive issues, and muscle tension. • A lack of clarity around your purpose and direction in life. • Problems in your social life such as loneliness, social anxiety, and a lack of assertiveness. Life doesn’t have to feel this overwhelming. Change is possible. Imagine waking up with greater clarity, making decisions with confidence, and having the freedom to pursue what truly matters to you. Therapy can also help you build more authentic relationships, express yourself more confidently, and make choices based on your values rather than fear. As someone who has faced many of these struggles myself, I understand first-hand how exhausting they can be, and I have applied many of the principles I teach in my own life. Since 2016, I have specialized in helping men overcome anxiety, OCD, and trauma, while also helping neurodivergent men better understand themselves, harness their strengths, and navigate life’s challenges. I draw from both practical approaches such as CBT and Exposure and Response Prevention, while also integrating experiential approaches including mindfulness, somatic therapy, parts work, and hypnosis. If you’re struggling and you want to transform your problems into power, contact me for a free consultation.

I support students who put a lot of pressure on themselves to succeed—whether that’s in school, relationships, or planning for the future. Many of my clients appear to “have it all together," but inside they feel anxious, burned out, or unsure of how to manage the stress. My clients come to me because they’re struggling to balance everything on their plate or want support navigating big changes like moving away from home, figuring out their identity, or making decisions about what’s next. If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed, stuck, or like you’re carrying the weight of expectations (your own or others’), you’re not alone. In our work together, you’ll have a space to slow down, feel understood, and learn practical tools to feel more grounded and confident in your everyday life.

Healing and growth often begin with feeling truly seen, heard, and understood. As a bilingual therapist fluent in both Vietnamese and English, I bring over 14 years of experience supporting individuals across multiple stages of life, with a special focus on older adults and young adults navigating life transitions, relationships, identity, grief, and emotional healing. Clients often appreciate that I’m not simply someone who nods and listens. I’m an active collaborator in the therapy process. Together, we explore the patterns, experiences, and beliefs that may be keeping you stuck so you can gain deeper insight, heal at the root, and move toward the version of yourself you want to become. Some of the most meaningful feedback I’ve received from clients includes: “I’ve never thought of it that way before,” “I could hear your voice echoing in my head and I knew what I needed to do,” and “You’ve opened my mind to things I never realized before.” Those moments of realization, when clients uncover the root of a pattern, reconnect with themselves, or discover purpose within painful experiences, are some of the most fulfilling parts of the work I do. My greatest joy is witnessing a person’s transformation toward deeper self-love, stronger self-trust, and greater discernment in how they move through relationships, choices, and life itself. I believe healing is not about becoming someone entirely new, but about returning to yourself with more clarity, compassion, and intention. Outside of the therapy room, I’m a proud plant mom, an actively involved auntie to my adorable niece and nephew, and currently obsessed with perfecting homemade matcha lattes. Small rituals like these remind me how healing often lives in the everyday moments.

Hi my name is Nekea (nuh-key-yah). As a woman of color, I understand how the different parts of “who we are”, our experiences, identities, and relationships, shape the way we see and move through the world. I strive to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and real, where you can show up fully without judgment. I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and groups from diverse backgrounds, ethnicities, and cultural perspectives. My work is especially centered on supporting women, people of color, adolescents, and public figures as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. Whether you’re healing from grief, processing trauma, or learning to set boundaries and care for yourself in new ways, my goal is to help you reconnect with your voice and your sense of self. Therapy, to me, is both a place of reflection and empowerment, a space to better understand your story and to write new chapters with clarity and confidence.

Hi! My name is Mary and I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist and Somatic Experiencing practitioner based in Southern California. Are you struggling with your emotions in a chaotic world? Unsure of how to support yourself through a life transition? Or just wanting support to find your full potential? Let me meet you where you are at in your journey to help you understand how to support yourself through difficult and complex times. I work with individuals of all ages in the therapy space. If you are searching for the best version of yourself, no matter your background, you are supported in this space to make that discovery. I have a special focus on women's issues and how mental health and physical health go hand in hand to find a balance. My journey to becoming a therapist started many years ago with an introduction to Jungian psychology and working with my own dreams to understand who I was becoming as a person. It has inspired me to be a more curious individual and to impart that knowledge to my clients in the therapy space.
