Feeling like it's all just too much? Racing thoughts and constant worries that you just can't seem to stop? You feel restless, tired and anxious. Your partner doesn't seem to understand you. You have tried self-help books, groups or apps, but none of these are helping you to get where you want to be. If that sounds familiar, you are not alone. I am Katrin Segeletz. As an LPC in Colorado specializing in ADHD and Anxiety, I work with high-functioning women who have mastered the art of holding everything together, but at the expense of their own well-being. I've got you! Together, we'll create practical tools, strategies and systems tailored to your specific needs, aspirations and capacity. After working with me, clients don't just manage their symptoms better - they relate to themselves differently! Instead of feeling "broken" they experience a growing sense of self-trust, clarity and internal calm. In our sessions we do more than just talk, we get results. But this is not another place to perform, it's a place where you can be yourself. Whether we are crying through the hard moments or laughing through your successes, I will be by your side. Let's find your way back to joy. Reach out for a free consultation today.

My name is Ben Lotstein, and I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate (MFTC) based out of Fort Collins, CO. I’ve had the pleasure of working with individuals, couples, and families for the past six years in outpatient, in-home, and wilderness settings. I received my Master’s of Science in Human Development and Family Studies with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy from Colorado State University. In addition to working in private practice, I have the honor of serving as the Associate Director of the Aging Clinic of the Rockies at Colorado State University. When I’m not in the office, you might find me out biking, spending time with my wife and dog, meditating, or watching a good movie. I work with individuals and couples seeking to overcome stress, anxiety, and depression in order to get something more out of life. I’ll help you tap into your natural ability to move through challenges to a more balanced and fulfilling way of living. Whether you are in a long-term, committed relationship or just starting one, the work we'll do will support you in moving beyond conflicts and emotional disconnection to a more intimate, loving relationship. I’m so glad that you’ve made your way here, and I’d love to connect to see how I can support you moving forward in your process.
It takes courage and humility to seek out a therapist. If your own life, your romantic relationship, or both are leaving you unsatisfied, stuck, or unhappy, I commend you for considering outside help. The support of people whom I trust and who care for me – including my own therapists – has been instrumental to my own healing and growth. I would be honored to provide you with that same partnership in your journey of change. When we combine my training in therapy with your knowledge of who you are and where you want to go, we can identify meaningful goals together and help you progress toward them. Working with couples and individuals, I specialize in treating relationship and intimacy difficulties, men’s issues, and sexual issues. I use emotionally-focused, somatic, and cognitive-behavioral techniques. I bring genuine care, gentle humor, and deep acceptance to each client. In addition to working as a therapist, I am a research psychologist who earned a PhD at the University of Denver. I conduct research on healthy relationships and sexual health and have taught psychology courses at several colleges and universities in the Front Range. These roles help me continually learn how to be a better therapist.

I often adjust my counseling style to fit each individual's needs. I am glad that you are taking the first steps to improve your life and I look forward to working with you!
I am a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner and Doctor of Nursing Practice based in Boulder County, Colorado. I provide psychiatric care that is collaborative, evidence-based, and deeply personal — helping individuals reconnect with balance, purpose, and confidence. My background spans acute physical rehabilitation, memory and behavioral health, and outpatient psychiatry. I’ve also served as adjunct faculty at the University of Colorado College of Nursing, where I taught mental health nursing across the lifespan and trained future nurses to approach care with empathy and curiosity. I founded Jamie McCartney Psychiatry PLLC to create a space where patients feel genuinely seen and supported. My practice integrates medication management, psychotherapy collaboration, and lifestyle psychiatry to address the full picture of mental health.
Charlie Health is a virtual behavioral health program for adolescents and young adults with moderate or severe mental health concerns or co-occurring substance use or eating disorders. Designed to meet the needs of those who require more than weekly therapy, our program combines curated group therapy, individual therapy, and family therapy into personalized treatment programs. We are helping to serve those who are in crisis, or have been historically underserved, by eliminating the most significant treatment barriers: geographical and financial access. We work with nearly all commercial insurance nationwide and have no waitlist, thereby helping people access quality, evidence-based care regardless of insurance, location, or other barriers.
I have 30 years of working with adolescents and young adults. My approach to therapy is founded in the value of the therapeutic relationship. It is very important my clients feel heard and validated with a sense of security as they explore their experiences of both suffering and success. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidenced based psychotherapy treatment to help improve communication with others, reduce fears and phobias, interrupt thoughts that lead to addictive or other self-destructive behaviors, improve self esteem and change negative thought patterns. I have extensive experience working with diverse populations in psychiatric hospitals, treatment programs, the criminal justice system, young adult transitional programs, family systems and private practice.
I'm an LGBTQIA+, anxiety, and trauma therapist, working with students across Colorado. Do you feel weighed down by anxiety, trauma, identity struggles, or the lasting impact of religious harm? Many of my clients are LGBTQIA+ adults or survivors of religious trauma who carry exhaustion, dread, and fear from living in systems that questioned, silenced, or shamed who they are. Clients also come to me with anxiety, which often shows up as hypervigilance, burnout, or the ache of feeling like you're not enough. You may long for healing and the freedom to be fully yourself. You are not alone, healing is possible, and your story matters. I provide affirming, trauma-informed therapy rooted in narrative, somatic, and liberation-focused practices. Together we’ll untangle harmful messages that have shaped you, teach your body to feel safe, calm your nervous system, and re-author the stories holding you back. You'll reclaim your identity while moving toward a more authentic and empowered life. As a queer-affirming, feminist, and anti-oppressive therapist, I offer care that is tender, respectful, and at the right pace for you. Whether you’re healing from trauma, recovering from a harmful spiritual background, or seeking growth beyond anxiety or hard life transitions, I'll walk with you in it. Hello! Our well being is determined by our relationships, including the relationships that we have with ourself and our past. Improving our relationship to self and all parts of self has a profound impact on outlook and well being. My background is in outdoor education and I was a college advisor for 4 years prior to my private practice. I draw on a vast toolkit including decades of study in mindfulness and yoga as well as the neuroscience of attachment, 12 step recovery, and nature based work. I offer equine assisted sessions as well on a beautiful farm in Boulder overlooking the mountains.

That experience deepened my commitment to providing you with an authentic space to feel comfortable and heard. I love to travel, paint, and spend time exploring nature. Many students I work with experience: Anxiety, depression, or stress that affects school, work, or social life ADHD, trauma, or mood challenges that make daily routines or academics difficult Feeling overwhelmed by expectations and wanting practical tools to manage responsibilities A desire for collaborative, personalized care that fits their lifestyle and goals I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where students can explore their mental health, learn effective strategies, and work toward long-term well-being. Many people arrive at care feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or discouraged after carrying the weight of their symptoms for far too long. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, burnout, emotional overwhelm, or treatment-resistant symptoms that haven't responded the way you hoped, you deserve more than a rushed appointment and a prescription. You deserve to feel heard and supported, by a clinician who takes the time to listen. As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I specialize in medication management and psychiatric diagnosis for adults, and I work with a wide range of individuals who may appear high-functioning on the outside while quietly struggling within. My goal is to create a space that feels collaborative, personalized, and compassionate, one where we work together to understand what's truly contributing to your symptoms and find a treatment approach that fits your life and your goals. Healing doesn’t happen overnight, but meaningful improvement is possible. When you feel ready, I would be honored to be part of your journey. Specialties include adult psychiatric evaluation and medication management, anxiety disorders, depression and treatment-resistant depression, ADHD and executive dysfunction, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and burnout. Every person who walks through my door is treated as exactly that: a person, not a diagnosis or a checklist. Care should feel like a partnership, and from your first visit, you can expect to be genuinely included in the decisions about your treatment. I offer comprehensive psychiatric assessments, personalized medication management, diagnostic clarification, and ongoing monitoring to ensure your treatment continues to serve you well over time. For patients who have struggled with difficult medication transitions or treatment failures, I provide supportive guidance through those moments as well. Specialties also include interventional psychiatry, including TMS and IV ketamine therapies. If you are exploring or currently undergoing any of these treatments, you will have a knowledgeable partner alongside you every step of the way. Whatever brings you in, the goal remains the same: to improve your overall functioning and quality of life in a way that feels sustainable and right for you. Growing up in rural West Virginia, I saw firsthand how limited access to mental health resources can be, and how much that gap costs people who deserve support. This early awareness stayed with me. It was during my time working at the Department of Veterans Affairs that I found my direction in psychiatric care, a field where the stakes are high and the need for compassionate, skilled support is undeniable. Personal experience has also shaped the way I show up for my patients. Having watched loved ones navigate mental health challenges, I understand how hard it can be to ask for help and how much it means to find someone who truly listens. That understanding is at the heart of everything I do. When I'm not in the office, you'll find me thrifting, junk journaling, getting lost in a good book, and enjoying creative ventures through Mic & Madds. I'm also a devoted mom to two boys and a full house of animals: three dogs, one cat, two jumping spiders, and two hermit crabs.
