Hi! Thank you for reading! I provide skills-based, evidence-based therapy services to children and young adults. I am a Licensed Psychologist for the state of Colorado and I find true joy, inspiration, and hope from connecting with individuals and their families. I specialize in CBT, DBT, and ACT. Learning about, listening to, and working with people to implement effective strategies is what I love to do, and I look forward to continuing to support families. I have been fortunate to work as a mental health professional in a variety of settings and I am excited to learn about people, be a catalyst for positive changes, and be a dedicated member of each family’s team. I have worked with young people experiencing challenges related to Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), learning and academic struggles, behavioral difficulties, Anxiety and Depression, and social and family stress.
I approach my clients from where they are coming from and what their needs are. While my specialty is trauma, depression, and anxiety, I hold a safe space for any needs. Together we will work to integrate what brings you into therapy. I believe diversity is a strength. Being Latina has helped me see this first hand. I use a multicultural point of view with an intercultural understanding. My pronouns are she/her, I am cishet, and I believe in respect for all people.

Ever feel like you're navigating through a fog when it comes to understanding your emotions, needs, or desires? Imagine a life where you truly connect with yourself and those around you, where past traumas become stepping stones to a brighter future. At Inclusive Therapy and Consulting Services LLC, we don't just offer therapy — we open doors to a transformative experience. Specializing in supporting the LGBTQ+ community, individuals living with HIV, and their allies, our mission is to bring you world-class psychotherapy that's not just compassionate but deeply tailored to your unique journey. Because everyone deserves a space where they're not just heard, but truly understood. I completed my Master's in Social Work from Columbia University, New York, in 2010. During my tenure in New York, I furthered my training with the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy, emphasizing care for LGBTQ+ outpatient adults. Over the past twelve years, I've had the honor of working with a myriad of individuals and couples representing all gender expressions, sexual orientations, and diverse relationship configurations, including polyamory, consensual non-monogamy, kink, and BDSM. Before establishing my private practice, I dedicated four years as the Director of Behavioral Health, specializing in mental health care for those living with HIV/AIDS. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and psychotherapist, with over a decade of specialized clinical experience. As a queer-identified, trauma-informed, and sex-positive professional, my expertise lies in supporting individuals living with HIV, addressing substance use disorders, and working with a broad spectrum of relationship dynamics. I also offer dedicated services in sex therapy, as well as therapeutic interventions for trauma, anxiety, mood, and adjustment disorders. My therapeutic methodology is eclectic, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Relational Therapy, and more. At the heart of my practice is the conviction that everyone has the right to lead an open, secure, and fulfilling life. Establishing wholesome relationships with oneself and with others is instrumental in embracing our most genuine selves.

When life feels like too much to hold on your own, there is overwhelm, anxiety, uncertainty, or you could just use some extra support, therapy can be a beautiful choice. Therapy is many things; understanding old, habitual patterns, processing painful or confusing emotions, cultivating resources, reclaiming pleasure, and developing a trusted relationship with another person to process the most vulnerable parts. If talk therapy has already been tried and feels stale, then art and creativity, somatics, nervous system awareness, and nature connection can offer a profound alternative in your therapeutic journey. This is where I come in. I weave together art and creativity, somatics, nature-connection, and mindfulness. As well as reflection, contemplation, and talking to integrate. I work well with themes of identity, times of transition, expansion, self-compassion, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, decision making, burn-out, relationship dynamics, addiction, trauma, and parts work.
Hello! My name is Cecile Marquez and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor located in Fort Morgan, CO. I also offer teletherapy. I work with a variety of issues, including trauma, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. I also offer EMDR, which is a technique that is highly effective and can be up to 3x faster than typical talk therapy. Contact me today to schedule an appointment.
Figuring out what we're thinking and feeling is an important task that can help us figure out how to go after what we really value. I help college students, especially men, identify their thoughts and feelings so they can pursue what they value and communicate more effectively with the important people in their life. I have almost 10 years of experience working with people to figure out what's important and pursue it in a way that builds confidence and improves well-being.
I have worked with hundreds of University students over the years supporting ADHD, anxiety, panic and depression as well as bipolar and other psychotic or early psychotic symptoms that can emerge around early adulthood. I take the time to listen and we make a treatment plan based on the whole you in the world, not just your symptoms. I have decades of experience as an herbalist and natural healthcare provider and this perspective deeply informs my practice. I work hard to prescribe accurately and with the lowest doses and fewest medications possible. I am a safe space provider for any gender, sexuality, religious or political affiliation. Come as you are, Im excited to meet you.
Feeling overwhelmed, behind, anxious, unsure, or like you’re constantly juggling too much? College can bring intense pressure to perform, stay productive, and have a plan—often while managing relationships, family expectations, finances, and questions about who you’re becoming. Even when things are going well academically or socially, many students carry a quiet sense of stress, self-doubt, or disconnection that’s hard to put into words. College is often referred to as the “best years of your life,” yet it’s also a time of major transition and identity formation. You may be making important decisions about your future while still figuring out what you value, what you want, and how to trust yourself. It’s common to feel stuck, anxious, or alone during this period—especially when it seems like everyone else is more confident or has things figured out. How We’ll Work Together I pay close attention to the tension many young adults feel between the part of them seeking stability and the part longing for meaning. It’s common to feel torn between wanting security—a solid job, steady relationships, a clear plan—and wanting a life that feels authentic, purposeful, and alive. In our work, we’ll explore this inner conflict with curiosity rather than judgment and find a way forward that integrates both of these core desires. Many young adults also carry a quiet sense of “I should be further along by now,” shaped by family expectations, social comparison, and cultural pressure. Together, we’ll slow down these narratives and build a relationship to yourself that’s based on honesty, compassion, and your actual needs—not someone else’s timeline. We’ll explore patterns in your relationships, clarify your values, likes, and dislikes, and build skills that help you move through the world with more confidence and ease. Therapy becomes a place to practice new ways of relating: setting boundaries, being more authentic, understanding your emotional patterns, and building healthier relationships. We’ll look at where your values, instincts, and longings are trying to guide you, and how to make choices that align with who you’re becoming.

Maybe you’re struggling with imposter syndrome, a breakup, feeling isolated or lonely, or even questioning who you are and where you fit in. The loss of relationships, shifts in identity, anxiety, and depression can all pile up fast. You’re not alone—and you don’t have to push through it by yourself. I specialize in working with college students who are balancing academics, relationships, and personal challenges. Whether you’re navigating stress, self-doubt, loneliness, or a major life transition, my goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. College can be an exciting time, but it can also feel confusing and overwhelming. Let’s work together to help you feel more confident, grounded, and in control of your journey.

In our work together, you’ll learn how to tune into your emotions, communicate more clearly, and build stronger relationships—with others and with yourself. Whether you’re dealing with a recent breakup, trouble with your parents, friendship shifts, or just trying to feel more like you, therapy can give you space to make sense of it all. As a Board-Certified Neurofeedback Practitioner and Clinical Psychologist, I believe everyone holds the strength to grow and heal, even when life feels overwhelming. Whatever you're facing, you don't have to go through it alone. Therapy doesn't have to feel clinical or one sided. I offer a genuine authentic connection. I've been practicing for over ten years and specialize in counseling siblings, twins, and their loved one's ages 12 and up who need real world guidance around complex twin, sibling, and relationship issues. In our first sessions, we'll create a safe, supportive space to explore your concerns and goals. Together, we'll develop a personalized treatment plan to support your growth, emotional well-being, and lasting change. I use a solution focused and goal-oriented approach to help clients manage trauma, anxiety, and emotional challenges. I teach you skills to overcome anxiety, depression, ADHD, lack of self-love, relationship or parenting struggles. My success lies in years of personal and professional experiences helping people just like you. I offer warm, judgement free, evidence-based care tailored to you and your needs.
