At RivaWell, I work best with people who are ready for change. You may be high functioning but internally overwhelmed. You may struggle with anxiety, burnout, overthinking, or feeling disconnected from yourself. You might be navigating a life transition, building something new, or realizing that what once worked no longer fits. The clients who thrive here are self aware, open to reflection, and willing to take responsibility for their growth. They are not looking for a quick fix. They want clarity, strategy, and realignment. At RivaWell, we focus on getting to the root, strengthening your nervous system, and helping you make aligned decisions that support the life you are building. If you are ready to do the work and want structured, thoughtful support, I invite you to book a consultation. Let’s determine if we are a good fit.
Welcome to Manifesting Greatness Therapy LLC, where our motto is “A safe space for healing!” Healing is unique for each person. This may include but is not limited to, repairing relationships, improving communication, learning and improving self-worth, and evaluating stagnation in your life. We strive to encourage and challenge our clients to be their best selves. This environment is a non-judgmental space where you are expected to show up with flaws and concerns to address and not feel the pressure of being perfect. We appreciate a client who can show up being truly who they are, and work towards continuous growth. For individuals we work to discover your needs and wants for your life and assist evolving relationships. Couples establish ways to increase connection emotionally, mentally, and physically, while rediscovering what connected them initially. We work with families to address barriers hindering the family from relating and bonding with each other peacefully. If you ever felt leery of talking to others with the fear of being judged, the information being used against you, or feeling alone without the right support, Manifesting Greatness Therapy is the safe space for you. Find comfort in being authentically you, develop healthy sustainable relationships, and establish emotional balance in a relaxed environment.
Brave Tomorrow aims to help clients grow and move toward more positive mental health and a more positive life path through traditional talk therapy as well as experiential techniques. We work with clients of all ages - children, teens, and adults, and we provide individual and couples counseling services.
In my clinical work, I thoroughly enjoy getting to know clients and their families. The most important aspect is to provide a safe and comfortable environment so clients can form a trusting, open, honest relationship in order to facilitate change. On my end, that requires relatability as well as sincerity to meet the client where they are as well as embracing their individualized experiences. The overarching goal is to get each client to overcome personal obstacles, reach their full potential, strengthen or improve their relationship with family members, and learn appropriate skills to help them succeed in the everyday world. As all people have unique strengths and interests, treatment plans are individualized to ensure that they match the person's needs. Whether that is lessening the burden of anxious thoughts, learning how to get oneself out of a depressed mood state, teaching skills to help calm down when agitated, or discussing social interactions to feel more comfortable, each individual requires their own road map. I enjoy applying a person-centered, strength-based approach as well as weaving in cognitive-behavioral techniques. Counselling sessions are goal-driven; however, goals are developed in a cooperative manner, including the client, myself, and (when appropriate), other family members
If you’re ready for change, I’m ready to be with you through it. I may be the right fit if you find that therapy didn’t “hit the spot" in the past, believe your coping skills are only getting you so far, or if you’ve had success with traditional talk therapy + other healing modalities in the past but would like to dive deeper into your inner world. I believe my role is that of a passenger - to ride alongside and support you on your journey to cultivating the internal resources you already embody, so you may lead with more clarity and compassion in your day-to-day life. I encourage you to read my website bio for more details about what therapy with me will be like <3
I am a licensed clinical social worker and yoga instructor. I take an holistic, integrative approach to mental health treatment assisting my clients in building healthy lifestyles that provide proactive protection, maintenance, and or obtainment of optimal mental health and wellness. A holistic approach means that we will explore how mindful awareness, relationships, meaningful academic/career pursuits, sleep, nutrition, rest and relaxation, environment, conventional and complementary medical care, finances, and spirituality, are impacting your mental health and wellbeing. I assist my clients in getting to the root causes of their inability to make and sustain healthy lifestyle practices. This often includes supporting my clients in identifying core beliefs and societal pressures that influence their unhealthy, limiting, and ineffective behaviors. With this increased awareness, I support my clients in courageously aligning their actions with their personal passions, desires, and values.

It all starts with a good therapist. Hi, I’m Dr. Dominique Thomas. I specialize in supporting students who feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, or like they’re carrying more than people realize. Many of the students I work with are balancing academics, mental health, family expectations, and relationship struggles, all while trying to figure out who they are and what matters most to them. If your mind feels like it’s always going, or you’re juggling a lot emotionally and mentally, you’re not alone band you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. I work best with students navigating ADHD, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, identity questions, family conflict, and relationship challenges. You might be the strong one in your circle, the first in your family to pursue higher education, or someone who shows up for others while silently burning out. This space is for you. In therapy, we’ll explore the patterns and pressures shaping your experience and create practical, affirming strategies that actually work for your life. My approach is warm, culturally sensitive, and collaborative. I meet you where you are and help you move toward where you want to be with more clarity, confidence, and peace. If you’re feeling stuck, misunderstood, or just emotionally exhausted, know that support is available and healing is possible. I’m here to walk with you.
