It can seem scary and uncomfortable to reach out to a stranger and be expected to share very personal details of your life. I will help you through the process and answer any questions or concerns you have. My office is located in Littleton, Colorado, easily accessible from Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Morrison, Lakewood, and Denver. Both in-person sessions and telehealth options available, extending services throughout Colorado and Georgia. I work with clients with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life stress, grief and psychosis. I am trained in CBT, DBT, ACT, Interpersonal therapy and use various integrated approaches in sessions. We will dig into the hard stuff, but we will also have a little fun while doing it! Therapy should be a comfortable space to talk about all the things you feel you could never say out loud. This is the place to say & better understand it!

I'm passionate about working with college students and recent grads. The transition from being a dependent to independent adult occurs rapidly while you're attending college and again once you graduate. It's common to experience anxiety and depression in the form of worrying about everything under the sun or feeling down more often than usual to simply feeling overwhelmed 24/7. I'm here to walk with you through those feelings, give you skills to cope with them, and process them along the way.

I am a licensed clinical social worker with expertise in eating disorders. I have worked with individuals with various eating and body image issues and previously served as the Director of Adolescent Services for Eating Disorders at Columbia University Medical Center in New York. I also specialize in the treatment of anxiety and OCD. I offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which is an individual therapy focused on understanding patterns, increasing flexibility in thinking, and changing behaviors. Our work together will focus on identifying and capitalizing on your inherent strengths to overcome whatever may be getting in the way.
I work with clients navigating major life changes, managing anxious thoughts, and overcoming self-doubt. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a core approach, I help you explore how your thoughts influence your emotions and overall experience. Together, we’ll identify the patterns holding you back and develop strategies to challenge those thoughts.
Together, we’ll untangle what’s weighing on you—whether it’s anxiety, relationship struggles, or memories that still feel raw—so you can feel more grounded and confident. My approach is warm and collaborative, helping you build safety in the present while gently healing what’s underneath.
