Therapy is a journey into yourself. It is choosing to step forward into growth rather than shy back into what is safe and comfortable. When we talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary. This process of self-discovery isnβt easy, but certainly worth it! My approach to counseling is that of being direct, honest, and straightforward. I work hard to balance that with care, compassion, and empathy. I will push you, but not past your limits. At times it may feel as if I am pushing you past your limits but that is because often times we arenβt able to see our true potential.

Welcome to my page! If you have found yourself here, you may be finding the adjustment to college a little tougher than expected, feeling stressed out or anxious, or maybe just a little blue. Your college years are very formative years of your life, but they can also bring unique challenges. I truly enjoy walking this path alongside students, and provide a safe and nurturing space for young adults to go from surviving to thriving.
Starting therapy can feel a little intimidating β especially if youβre juggling school, work, relationships, or figuring out your next steps in life. My job is to make that process feel less overwhelming and more like a conversation where you can be your real self. I work with young adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, depression, self-esteem challenges, and big life transitions. I bring a mix of evidence-based tools (like CBT and Solution-Focused Therapy) and plenty of real-world perspective to help you make sense of whatβs going on, build confidence, and create changes that actually stick. Sometimes that means breaking down big problems into smaller, doable steps; sometimes itβs about finding new ways to see yourself & your future. Whether youβre feeling stuck, burned out, or just ready to figure yourself out a little more, Iβll meet you where you are β no judgment, no one-size-fits-all advice. I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable, understood, and even able to laugh along the way.
Can you remember the last time you didnβt feel stressed? Has stress become your new normal? You feel depressed and have unrelenting anxiety. You feel stuck and wish the world would slow down. And your body is in a knot - stomach aches, muscle tension, stiff neck, tight jaw. You might be struggling from a lifelong illness, like cancer, going through a life changing event like divorce or job loss, or grieving the loss of a loved one, or don't know why you feel the way you do. You just know you don't like it and you want to feel better. Something has GOT to change. As a Body Psychotherapist, I believe our emotional burden is held in our bodies. Working with the body is essential for emotional health. I approach healing by addressing root causes of stress. Together, weβll create a personalized and holistic plan for our work together. Youβll find yourself sleeping better, breathing deeper, and smiling with greater ease. I believe it is important to meet one another before we begin work, which is why I offer a free 30 minute zoom consultation. I know it can be difficult to reach out for help, so If we are not the right fit, I will help you find a better connection. Reach out for a free consultation. I look forward to working with you.
As a therapist, I specialize in working with current and former athletes, students, and high achievers who are navigating challenges with perfectionism, self-criticism, anxiety, relationships, self-esteem, and identity. My practice is rooted in supporting girls and women strengthen their confidence and redefine their success. Whether you're navigating life during or after sport, facing academic or career pressure, or trying to rediscover who you are outside of achievement, therapy can be a powerful space to pause, reflect, and heal. Many of my clients are used to excelling. From the outside, they seem driven, focused, and capable. But internally, they may struggle with self-criticism, burnout, imposter syndrome, or a sense that theyβre not βenoughβ, even when theyβre exceeding expectations. I use evidence based strategies to help clients in creating a more empowered sense of self! My approach is collaborative, affirming, and non-judgemental. Iβm a former collegiate athlete and current coach, so I have first-hand experience seeing and experiencing the impact on young women. I am also currently PhD Candidate researching depression, anxiety, and perfectionism seen in athletes.

I am a clinical psychologist and sub-specialize in couples and family therapy. I help couples and individuals deal with a variety of issues that may be interfering with relationships such as depression, anxiety, infidelity, poor communication, constant fighting, lack of motivation, or feelings of disconnection. My goal as a therapist is to give my clients the tools to achieve the kind of control that lets them be in charge. This is the only true path to a happy and fulfilling relationship. I also help parents deal with children who may be unmotivated, anxious, depressed, or oppositional. I believe parents need to be strategic with troubled children. Sessions focus on empowering parents with tools to reduce parent-child power struggles, stop self-defeating behavior and improve self-esteem and motivation to succeed. Clients leave my office having a clear idea of what they need to do to improve their circumstances. I aim to achieve positive change in the briefest time possible. I have had success with many clients that have seen multiple previous therapists.
