Krystal is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Indianapolis, Indiana. She has been a nurse for 11 years working with individuals across the lifespan. She has experience working with adolescent population, adult/geriatric population, public health, helping the homeless population with resources, training on Narcan administration, Fentanyl test strips training, and Xylazine test strips training. She advocates for her patients and provides essential tools to survive. She will be providing medication management, and educational training. Hi, I’m so glad you are here. If your life has come to a crossroad and you would like someone to walk alongside you as you navigate your journey, you have come to the right place. Feeling uncertain, worried, or hopeless can be scary and hard to cope with. Therapy provides a safe and supportive space to increase your self awareness and improve your ability to cope with stressors. My approach is client-centered, and targets balance between mind and body. The focus areas of my practice are women’s issues, bicultural identity, anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorder. I have several years of experience working in the field in inpatient and outpatient community mental health settings. I care about an array of social justice issues, most prominently disrupting racial oppression and promoting equity. I consider myself an ally to people who identify as LGBTQ+. I am deeply passionate about women's issues and navigating identity. I am so glad you are taking a moment to prioritize your well-being, and look forward to working with you!

Hi! I’m Jen (she/her) and I’m not perfect. It took me a long time to be able to say and accept that. In fact, I now embrace the things that are imperfect - all my difficulties and challenges. I have navigated these throughout my life and seek to help others navigate their difficulties and challenges, as well. My therapy style has been described as informal, direct, genuine, and humorous. I am fully authentic with my clients and I hope my clients will be fully authentic with me. I tend to be blunt and call people out on their BS - I say what you can’t or won’t and teach you to do that for yourself. Together, we will address your difficulties by connecting current thoughts, beliefs, and emotions to past experiences. We can’t fix the past, but we can change how we view it and move forward.

Inquisitive Healing
Welcome. I’m K. Hilary Curtis-Long, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over eight years of experience in trauma informed and systems-oriented care. My work is grounded in the belief that distress is not a personal failing, but a meaningful response to lived experience—often shaped by relational wounds, cultural narratives, and environments that ask too much of the nervous system. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, listen carefully, and make sense of what your symptoms have been trying to communicate. My clinical background includes training in attachment theory, trauma therapy, Jungian and narrative approaches, feminist theory, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), with a strong emphasis on somatic and mindfulness-based practices. I work with individuals navigating religious trauma, sexuality and identity, attachment wounds, shame, relational harm, and the lingering impacts of early experiences. Many clients come to therapy feeling exhausted by urgency, responsibility, or the pressure to remain functional in systems that feel misaligned with their values. In our work together, we attend to the interconnection between mind, body, and story—exploring how inherited beliefs, early relationships, and social systems have shaped your sense of self, worth, and belonging. Rather than rushing toward solutions, therapy becomes a place to metabolize grief, loosen shame, and reclaim creativity, agency, and meaning at a pace that feels sustainable. Symptoms are approached with curiosity and respect, allowing self- compassion to replace self-blame over time.

Integrated Psychological Center of Indiana
The therapists at IPCI have a passion for working with clients to help them both cope better in the present as well as to explore, and work through, the underlying factors that fuel and perpetuate recurring problems like anxiety, depression, and relationship troubles. Many of our therapists have additional training in trauma work, including EMDR. Dr. Hanzlik is one of the few AASECT-Certified Sex Therapists in Indiana, and has trained other IPCI therapists to provide effective treatment and a specialization in helping patients work through sexual concerns. We also provide psychological evaluation to clarify diagnoses and provide recommendations for accommodations in academic settings.

Hey - I'm James! I look forward to getting to know you. I provide mental health therapy through secure video. I am in network with Anthem, Aetna, United Healthcare, and UMR. Schedule through my website to get a free consultation! Are you tired of waking up every morning wondering how you’re going to make it through another day? Do you get so anxious that it makes you physically sick? When you’re at your breaking point, you need someone on your side. As a mental health therapist for over 8 years, I see it as my privilege to take the time to understand what it's like to be you and to do my best to help you feel more in control of your life. I use scientifically supported techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, schema therapy, and solution-focused therapy. My specialities include working with adults who are going through hard life changes, family of origin issues, depression, anxiety, or who are just trying to figure out who they are. I really enjoy getting to know what makes my clients unique as people and then using this to help tackle whatever is sucking the fun out of life. One of the first things we can do in therapy is explore how you view the world and what the ingredients are to the problems bothering you. We'll make a plan together that feels right to you and is at the pace you need it to be. During each session, I want you to feel heard and cared about. My aim as your therapist is to support you in creating a more fulfilling life - a life you want to wake up to.

Everyone deserves a safe place to explore their thoughts and feelings. I believe clients are the experts in themselves and I provide a safe space to explore thoughts and feelings without judgment. One request I may ask of clients when we work together is that labels like “right” or “wrong” are strongly discouraged in sessions. Letting go of those labels in session is an important part of creating that safe space. The most common struggles of the people I work with include Borderline Personality Disorder, PTSD, struggles with assertiveness, gray-area substance use, and anger outbursts. The other mindfulness practices can help with managing anxiety, impulsivity, and intrusive thoughts. As your recovery evolves in stages, your treatment will too. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and have been practicing since 2018. My specialties include Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and narrative therapy, as well as other mindfulness practices.

I am so glad you are here. I am Angelica (she/her/hers), and I am a clinical social worker, who is a recovering people pleaser. I cant deny a cozy coffee shop and a decadent pastry. I am an excellent listener who can appreciate the uncomfortable silence, because that is where I find the most growth occurs. I work with students who have struggled to meet their own emotional needs. They are trying to relearn the balance of being a student, friend, and figuring out life’s next step. The ones who struggle to say that without taking care of themselves, they cant take care of anyone else around them. My goal is for you to view yourself as the beautiful person you are mentally, physically, and emotionally. Contact me at angelica@finding-balance-therapy.com or call/text me at (765)233-6968
