Trying to hold it together in college can be exhausting. If anxiety is constant, your focus is shot, your mood feels unpredictable, or you’re wondering why everything feels harder than it should — this is where we come in. We’re a small psychiatric practice with two experienced nurse practitioners who specialize in medication management for students. We take the time to understand what’s going on, explain things in plain language, and create a plan that fits your life — not just your symptoms. You deserve support that feels thoughtful, not rushed.

I specialize in diagnosing and treating mental health and substance use disorders, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, and ADHD. I am especially passionate about advocating for patients and helping them feel seen, heard, and supported throughout their mental health journey. I believe everyone deserves compassionate, respectful care where their voice matters. Mental healthcare can be life-changing when people feel genuinely supported. I incorporate evidence-based therapy modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, exposure therapy, and motivational interviewing. These approaches help build coping skills, change unhelpful thought patterns, regulate emotions, and increase motivation for behavior change, improving overall functioning and treatment outcomes. Outside of work, I unwind by spending quality time with my family, watching sitcoms, and listening to music. I also prioritize taking vacations and time away to recharge, which helps me maintain balance and return to work refreshed and present for my patients.

Hello and welcome to my practice! I absolutely love working with college and graduate students. I will help you get to know yourself in a nurturing space where you can be your true self. You can process and explore whatever it is you come to therapy for and I can help you find the tools and support you need to feel more like yourself and thrive. Some examples might be your relationships, academics, college or family issues on your mind, or your thoughts, feelings or behaviors that are worrisome or bothersome to you. I will help you to see your struggles in a new way and ultimately you will feel better. You very likely will feel stronger and more confident too. I can't wait to work with you. Please note that I offer a concierge billing service for my clients who request reimbursement from their insurance plan with Out of Network Benefits. I work with college students who are navigating life’s challenges—whether it’s anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, identity questions, trauma, cultural adjustment, or substance use concerns. I provide therapy in English and Mandarin and bring a multicultural perspective and psychodynamic approach to create a warm, supportive space for exploration and growth. My goal is to help my clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to reconnect with themselves and others. With years of post-graduate training at the Massachusetts Institute for Psychoanalysis (MIP) and the Psychodynamic Institute of New England (PINE), I blend thoughtful insight with compassionate guidance. College can feel like a mix of excitement and pressure all at once. Between academics, relationships, figuring out who you are, and trying to keep up with everything, it’s really easy to feel overwhelmed, anxious, or like you’re just barely holding it together. In therapy, I try to create a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out. We slow things down, make sense of what’s going on, and work together to find ways to feel more grounded and more like yourself again. I really believe people already have strengths in them, even if it doesn’t feel accessible in the moment. My job is to help you reconnect with those strengths and figure out how to use them in real life, especially during stressful or confusing seasons. I work with college students and adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship stress, trauma, and big life transitions. I use approaches like CBT, mindfulness, and body-based (somatic) work to help you understand what you’re feeling and actually shift it in a practical, supportive way. My fee for a 50-minute session is $180. I also offer a limited number of sliding scale spots ($90–$100) to help make therapy more accessible.
