At times in our lives we need additional support to navigate challenges and strengthen our internal capacity to cope. Together we will strive to understand your unique story and identify areas you want to work on in our meetings. Often this means increasing your awareness of patterns, understanding your own emotional responses, and strengthening coping skills. My style as a therapist is collaborative, relational, and strengths based. I use multiple treatment modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) which is a treatment that facilitates healing from emotional distress from difficult life experiences, as well as solution focused and cognitive behavioral techniques. It is a great privilege as a therapist to walk with others on their path toward growth and healing. I hope we can work togethe
Welcome! I offer clinical treatment to people experiencing trauma, mood disorders, & issues of identity (race, gender, sexuality, culture). I am South Asian, queer, and genderqueer (they/them). I am also an artist, and happy to incorporate creativity into our work together. No pressure, though! Traumatic experiences have a way of shackling themselves to the body, whether they are accumulated over time or single incidents which compromised our safety. We seek to protect ourselves from a world that has failed to protect us, often coping in ways that hurt in the long run. In our work together we will identify sources of pain, the impact they have on your life, & determine ways to reclaim power so that your body becomes a place of safety rather than a site of trauma. Come as you are. My goal is to be both a gentle witness and an ally, helping you to find & stand in your power, identifying disparities & restoring balance in your life. I believe you are here because you are ready to value & give yourself a chance to shape your future with your own hands. I couldn't be more hopeful for you.
The secret to being happy resides in the unconscious conversations we have with ourselves. We teach you how to discover the internal conversations and consciously create your happiness.
I work with adults (18+) who have difficulty managing their emotions and who struggle with depression, anxiety, impulsive behavior, thoughts of suicide and self-harm, interpersonal problems, or problems functioning at work or school. I specialize in DBT, a gold standard treatment for Borderline Personality Disorder and related problems with emotion regulation. I provide a range of DBT services for clients. I also use CBT to treat specific problems: panic, generalized anxiety, OCD, depression, and trauma. I can tailor treatment interventions to meet clients' individual needs. I believe that just like we train our bodies, we can strengthen our minds—and I’m here to support you in doing just that. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, or the stressors of daily life, therapy offers a space to feel grounded, supported, and seen. As a pre-licensed mental health counselor, I provide both individual and couples therapy for adolescents, teens, college students, and adults. My clinical experience spans college counseling centers, PHP/IOP programs, and private practice, giving me the opportunity to support people through a wide range of mental health challenges and life transitions. My therapeutic approach is compassion-focused, collaborative, and deeply human-first. I believe that while I bring training and clinical knowledge, you bring the wisdom of your lived experience—your values, your identities, and your goals. Together, we work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you. I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Person-Centered Therapy. I often integrate these modalities to support clients struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma and PTSD, panic disorder, identity development (including sexuality, gender, culture, and personal interests), relationship concerns, and performance-related stress. With a background as a professional soccer player, I also have a special passion for working with athletes and performers, helping them build emotional resilience and navigate both mental health and performance pressures. Wherever you are in your process—whether you’re seeking healing, clarity, growth, or grounding—I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

I strive to create a strong, collaborative, and secure therapeutic relationship where you feel truly seen and understood. Together, we explore not just the challenges you’re facing, but also your strengths, values, and goals—both in therapy and in life. Many clients come to me ready to examine and unlearn patterns that no longer serve them. They’re seeking to address anxiety and depressed mood, life transitions, and/or interpersonal dynamics. Often their goals are to strive for meaningful change, greater self-awareness, and the skills to navigate life in a way that aligns with who they truly are. I work with them to develop practical strategies that promote resilience, balance, and a sense of empowerment. My approach to therapy is comprehensive, client-centered, and rooted in social justice, relational mindfulness, and purposeful self-reflection. The more skills we develop, the more equipped you’ll be to handle future challenges with clarity and confidence.

I work primarily with those suffering from chronic illness. Difficult to treat medical conditions such as fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, chronic Lyme disease, multiple sclerosis, Lupus, etc. are often poorly understood, and it can be very difficult for patients to find the help and support they need. I teach my clients tools for coping with and managing every day life with these conditions, in addition to mind body medicine practices to help alleviate symptoms and to decrease stress. I have recently started offering Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy as a way to cope with life stressors or trauma.
In my practice, I work with a diverse range of clients, each bringing unique stories, strengths, and challenges. Trauma can surface in many forms such as anxiety, self-doubt, or difficulty feeling safe in relationships or within oneself. My work focuses on creating a space rooted in safety, empowerment, and emotional insight, where you can begin to reconnect with yourself. My holistic, trauma-informed, and individualized approach draws from modalities including DBT, IFS, and CBT. Together, we will reframe unhelpful thought patterns, strengthen emotion regulation, and cultivate healthier coping skills. Through a strength-based and solution-focused lens, I help clients nurture the parts of themselves that need healing, foster self-compassion, and build a more positive sense of self and overall well-being. No matter where you are on your journey, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I bring warmth, compassion, and a genuine commitment to helping you build resilience, deepen self-connection, and move toward thriving.
