I work with adults of all backgrounds who experience issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, complex trauma, and grief, as well as concerns related to self-esteem, identity, and relationships. Therapy can be a way to deepen your understanding of your challenges so you can experience more clarity and connection in your life. I am particularly passionate about longer-term, depth-oriented work that supports clients in building understanding and empathy with themselves in order to move towards a life they feel good about. My approach to therapy is warm and informed by psychodynamic, attachment, relational, and trauma principles. I am also training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for trauma treatment. I believe in showing up exactly as you are on any given day, the power of humor, and working collaboratively in the therapy space. I have deep respect for the lived experiences and wisdom of each person, understanding that everyone is navigating a world with joys, pain, and sorrows that can be difficult to face alone. I am interested in exploring how mental health, relationships, and trauma are connected to/impacted by systemic issues including racism, classism, and ableism.
Life requires constant adjustment. For many of us, this makes life more challenging. Do you struggle with life adjustments, mood disorders, or anxiety? If so, I am here to help. As your therapist, I will give you a judgment-free environment where I will help you combat your negative thoughts and find a positive way to move in whatever direction life brings. I will empathetically challenge you to come out of your comfort zone and see the world from a new perspective. I will give you the tools to heal, transform, identify, and utilize your strengths to address everyday challenges. Equally, I will provide you with time to make those adjustments, as we all know there can be setbacks along the way, but that doesn’t have to stop us. Together, we will build a stronger community. One of my goals for you is that as I help you become a better version of yourself, you will be equipped to help those around you–creating a ripple effect of world-changing power. Hello! I am currently accepting new patients. All visits are through telemedicine, so I can see anyone in the state of Massachusetts, New Hampshire, or Colorado. My love for what I do in psychiatry, comes from the joy I get in helping others improve their lives. Most of my patients do not know which direction to go when then come to me, and that is ok. Some people come to me looking for second or third opinions about diagnosis or medications, some people are referred by a therapist to start medication. We can openly discuss decisions and options. This is a judgement free zone. There is no way you can TMI me! My primary role in our sessions is diagnosis, evaluation and medication management. The role I have in therapy is very small. Most clients are already in therapy or have been referred by therapists to me. All sessions are conducted by tele-medicine. **Offering flexible hours, evening appointments available, also some weekends. **
Helping you feel comfortable and seen is my priority. I believe that true growth cannot happen outside of a warm, safe relationship. There is so much happening for college students and having a judgement-free space to slow down, unpack thoughts/feelings and gain clarity/awareness can lead to immense empowerment and growth for young adults. I work at my client's pace and help them feel seen/validated in their experience while collaboratively addressing the difficulties together. Celebrating any feeling of success, no matter how small, is crucial! Therapy is not all about the hard things, but also about noticing the good when we can so easily be weighed down by the struggles. Thanks for considering me and I look forward to connecting with you!
I often work with students who want help with anxiety, depression, self esteem, sleep disorders, and relationship issues.
I am a master’s-level clinician supporting adults across the lifespan navigating a variety of life challenges, including anxiety, depression, identity exploration, self-criticism, and relationship concerns. I work with adults who often feel stuck, uncertain, or challenged by life circumstances, guiding them to explore their experiences, recognize patterns, and move towards a more meaningful and authentic life. My work is grounded in mindfulness, values, and identity. I primarily draw from ACT and existential therapy and integrate elements of EFT, narrative and psychodynamic therapy, and positive psychology. We examine patterns with curiosity and compassion, while developing practical skills and strategies to better navigate thoughts, emotions, and relationships. I aim to create a collaborative and supportive space where therapy is centered on your experiences and what matters most to you. Together, we explore new perspectives, deepen self-awareness, and experiment with approaches that help you navigate challenges with curiosity, intention, and a greater sense of purpose.
With 12 years of experience in the mental health field, I take a thoughtful, compassionate, and interactive approach to therapy. I specialize in working with individuals and couples facing challenges such as trauma, ADHD, depression, anxiety, feelings of dissatisfaction, childhood trauma, and relationship challenges. My career includes working with adolescents, in-home family therapy, chronic mental health needs, and primary care settings. I have recently graduated with my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Framingham State University in May 2024. In my work with couples, I recognize that communication can often be a significant barrier to connection. Many couples I work with experience their own mental health needs, which can complicate interactions and lead to misunderstandings. I create a safe and supportive environment where partners can openly express their thoughts and feelings. Together, we explore the underlying issues that may be hindering communication/connection and work on strategies to enhance understanding and empathy. Using techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and psychodynamic approaches, I help couples develop practical skills for healthier communication. This includes learning how to express needs effectively, navigate conflict, and build emotional intimacy. My goal is to empower couples to reconnect and strengthen their relationships, even in the face of individual challenges. I extend my couple’s work to family therapy, in which I work with small family systems around communication and interactional patterns. For individuals, I focus on fostering self-discovery and skill building. I help clients develop coping strategies tailored to their unique experiences and mental health needs. From Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I pull a blend of coping strategies and reframing to assist individuals in changing what they can change and learning to tolerate/accept what they cannot change. From my experience in primary care, I incorporate wellness both emotionally and physically into sessions. As a recent college graduate, I can relate to the challenges of modern day students. I believe therapy is a collaborative process and as is such, invite clients to share their concerns and feedback throughout the process. My style pulls from a blend of approaches and my approach is interactive. When beneficial, I collaborate with other service providers to enhance our work together. I look forward to walking alongside your journey.

I am an LGBTQ+ therapist supporting adults. Whether you are coming to therapy to make a change, make sense of yourself or past experiences, or simply want someone to listen to you, I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space for you to explore your life, relationships and concerns. Whatever your goals, I will guide you through the process and together we will try to understand any repetitive patterns of unfulfilling behaviour and gain insight into how past experiences have come to shape present-day experiences. I also work full-time as a therapist supporting undergraduate and graduate students at Harvard University helping them navigate challenges associated with mental health, academics, and relationships. I believe the single most important aspect of successful therapy is the quality of the relationship between therapist and client. I therefore invite you to sit down with me in a relaxed way so we can talk. I can help you make better sense of your experiences, thoughts and feelings. Together we can discover meanings, recognise patterns, and explore options.
Welcome! I offer virtual appointments, have weekday availability, and am licensed in MA, RI & VT. For all the reasons you are seeking counseling, I admire that you are here. It can feel overwhelming beginning therapy and choosing a therapist. Finding the right fit is at the root of the journey and I hope we will be a good fit for one another. Therapy is an opportunity to learn more about ourselves and how we work through various life experiences, including loss, trauma, transitions, and yes, the exciting, new possibilities! I've worked in a variety of settings including community health organizations, private practice, schools, and hospitals. I bring compassion, empathy, and humor to my work. I work from an antiracist and LGBTQIA+ affirming lens. I value creating a safe, supportive, nurturing, and non-judgmental environment to explore those parts of you that are most in need. It really is ok to not feel ok. We will figure it out together, you are not alone in this journey. My hope for you is that you will be able to work through whatever is causing you distress, anxiety, sadness, etc, so you can continue on your path. I appreciate the vulnerability it takes to engage in therapy and am ready, and honored, to partner in this work with you. You got this! And I gotchu! Look forward to meeting you soon. I work primarily with young adults and adults navigating substance use concerns and related mental health challenges. My therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with a strong emphasis on skills-based interventions, relapse prevention, and collaborative treatment planning. I utilize a trauma-informed and strengths-based framework to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, build healthier coping strategies, and increase emotional regulation. I have experience supporting individuals in early recovery, those working toward sustained sobriety, and clients managing co-occurring substance use and mental health concerns. I provide individual therapy and psychoeducation, and I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space that promotes accountability, insight, and long-term change. I work with clients from all religious and spiritual backgrounds and respect each client’s beliefs, integrating them into treatment when clinically appropriate.
You may be doing well on paper while quietly feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of yourself. I work especially well with college and graduate students navigating anxiety, identity questions, relationship concerns, grief, trauma, academic pressure, major life transitions, or the exhaustion of trying to meet everyone else’s expectations. My practice is welcoming to LGBTQIA+ students, veterans, adult learners, and others who have felt pressure to hide, shrink, or edit parts of themselves to belong. Therapy with me is warm, honest, and collaborative. Together, we can make sense of the patterns that have helped you survive, strengthen your ability to handle difficult emotions, and help you build a life guided by greater self-trust, choice, and authenticity.
Radical acceptance and authentic human connection. Are you feeling overwhelmed? Trying to keep your head above water? Do you need a space where you can be seen, heard, and valued? I can help. I provide warm, engaging therapy without judgment, shame, or stigma. I work with folx ages 16+ who are looking for new ways to move through life. I tend to work with people who are going through a transition. Perhaps you are going off to college, trying to understand an ADHD or Autism diagnosis, navigating complicated relationships, or exploring your identity. (I provide gender-affirming treatment letters.) WARNING: I'm not the kind of therapist who nods & asks: "How does that make you feel?" I work in an interpersonal, solution-focused, collaborative language format. Meaning? I'm super interactive, and we're gonna work together to manage your drama & trauma. I use radical acceptance and authentic human connection to help you on your path toward healing, growing, and thriving. I've been a therapist for over a decade. I use strength-based, affirmative, and neuroscientific theories to guide us, but healing doesn't happen via theory. It lies within you- your hopes, hardships, successes, and infinite wisdom. My mission is to help you feel deeply understood and connected as you gain awareness of how your thoughts, emotions, and body are interconnected. Take a break from your hectic day and find a relaxing space where you can virtually come to learn to maximize your strengths, minimize your fears, and increase your confidence. As an expressive therapist, I’ve been trained to find additional approaches towards healing, which may include the arts. My style is relational, collaborative, and informed. Recovery and healing are possible. We all have struggles we've faced in this life. You are the expert of your life and your experience. Racism, homophobia, and sexism are hardcore capital-T Traumas. Even the strongest among us need support in helping our inner critic shut up and get out of our way. You are amazing, and I want to help you see that (especially if you just got through this whole thing and are still reading).
Hello and Welcome! Whether you're new to mental health care or have tried it out already, making the decision to seek care is an important investment in your overall wellbeing. In my private practice, I care for concerns that are common among people in university settings, including anxiety, depression, stress, sleep, and self esteem. I provide both medication management and psychotherapy services. In psychotherapy, I also work with people on all kinds of issues that may not have a specific diagnosis to go with them, but which still can have a big impact on wellbeing, like navigating life transitions, relationships, family, setting goals, and managing the stress of the world and of being a student or university employee! My practice strives to be open and welcoming for people of all backgrounds and lived experiences. If you'd like to learn more about my practice, background, treatment philosophy, or fee ranges for different types of visits, please check out my website.
My ideal client is someone who is ready and motivated to dive in head first into their healing journey. Someone who knows they have their “stuff” but really wants to explore where it all stems from. I love working with those clients who just trying to figure it all out in this life (I see you, Millennials) and who are navigating the transitions and curveballs that can be thrown our way. I love meeting the client where they’re at to begin with, but don’t be surprised when I push you a little bit. I’ve been told that I have a really great way of understanding mental health, but I’m also known not to sugar coat the realities. I am trained in EMDR (A trauma processing modality using eye movements) and other trauma informed care models to explore the aspects of our past and handle the bigger emotions that could come along with that. Being real and relatable is very important to me in my sessions as the therapist/client connection is what will drive this boat. As your therapist, I can promise to provide you the tools to step outside of your own head and connect the dots that answer the question of “Why am I the way that I am”? Therapy is not always easy and we need to be honest with ourselves with what’s holding us back, but I can promise to provide positive vibes and great support every single time we meet.
Hi there, I am so glad you’re here. Whether you're feeling stuck, anxious, overwhelmed, or just trying to figure things out, I offer a calm, compassionate space where you can breathe, speak freely, and be fully yourself. I’m a warm, caring listener who shows up with patience, presence, and deep respect for whatever you’re carrying. I specialize in supporting people through life’s in-between moments - whether it’s starting college, questioning identity, launching into adulthood, adjusting after a loss, or facing the “what now?” moments of life. I believe growth happens when we feel safe enough to show up just as we are, and I’m here to support you at your pace. My background includes years of working with adolescents and young adults in school, community, and clinical settings. I hold licenses in Clinical Social Work as well as School Adjustment Counseling. I draw from a range of approaches, including person-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based practices, to create the therapeutic space that works best for you. I bring a grounded, nonjudgmental presence and see our work as a collaborative process. I’m here to help you deepen self-understanding, explore your values, and build the tools to move forward with clarity and confidence. I am LGBTQ+ affirming, neurodiversity affirming, and committed to creating an inclusive space for all identities and lived experiences. My goal is for you to feel truly seen, heard, and supported in every session. Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, so I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can connect, talk through what you're looking for, and see if it feels like a good fit. You deserve support that feels right for you.
My clients are aware that something is not working and are motivated for change, even if they're not sure where exactly that change starts. My clients are often very conscious of the systemic stressors that make their lives more difficult, and come to me looking for support as they navigate challenges and imagine their futures. I specialize in identity exploration, trauma-focused practice, and LGBTQIA+ mental health. I use a blend of talk therapy and drama therapy to engage my clients in reflection on their present challenges from an embodied perspective, and provide a fuller understanding of how their past shows up in their present. I bring myself into my work, and hope to challenge the old idea that therapists inherently know more than their clients. You are the expert of your own life, and I would feel honored to be invited into your world. If you are interested in learning more about how I could support you, please be in touch.
Great to meet you! In my work as a therapist, I have had the privilege of working with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating a wide range of mental health challenges. My approach is grounded in building therapeutic relationships based in affirming care and empathy. I strive to create a warm, relatable environment that allows people to be grow, laugh, cry (sometimes), and feel safe to peel back their own layers and explore themselves. A bit about my approach to therapy: When providing therapy services, I always take a relational approach with the folks I am serving. I think it is important that people feel comfortable, heard, and like they are talking to another person as opposed to a robot. What you can expect from our first session: During our first session, we will talk about what has brought you to therapy, what previous mental health treatment you have had if any, and what you hope therapy can do for you.
