Life can feel overwhelming at times. By offering the space to explore thoughts and feelings without judgment, I help my clients gain clarity, work towards self-acceptance, and create more balanced, fulfilling lives. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, body image issues, and life transitions. I also enjoy helping young adults cope with challenges around identity development, stress management, and relationships. Therapy is a collaborative process during which clients gradually gain the insight and tools that empower them to create lasting, positive change. While my approach to therapy is eclectic and tailored to each client’s needs, I most frequently use cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based approaches.
