Accepting new clients! Hi There! My name is Olivia and I want to let you know I understand that life can be challenging much more than we can handle. However, by doing some therapy, your perspective may shift to your benefit and you’d be closer to meeting your goals. If things are little more complicated, we may need a little more than just few sessions. Whatever your need I am sure we can sort it out and discuss in more detail. I would love to hear from you! I am currently accepting patients virtually. I mainly use a client centered approach, allowing you to unpack your worries in the order you desire to release and share. I ask questions, as needed to progress towards the goals you desire to meet. Modalities I use include: Christian Counseling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Processing Therapy. Aside from being a therapist, I'm also a mother to three wonderful children and have been married since 2010. I have had my own trials and tribulations and I understand what it's like to be on the other side of the therapeutic process. My own journey has allowed me to better connect and understand humans on a deeper level.

I am a board-certified psychiatrist and Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. For me, being a physician is more than a profession—it is a vocation to help indviduals flourish. My practice is devoted to students and young adults seeking thoughtful, individualized psychiatric care that extends beyond symptom relief. I provide comprehensive evaluations that consider medical, nutritional, lifestyle, and psychological factors—including laboratory testing when clinically appropriate—to identify the contributors to emotional and cognitive health. I also specialize in evidence-based de-prescribing for patients who wish to reduce or discontinue psychiatric medications for anxiety, attention difficulties, or substance use disorders. My approach is guided by precision, humility, and restraint: using the least intensive intervention necessary while drawing upon the full breadth of evidence-based medicine. Depending on each patient's needs and goals, I integrate psychotherapy, nutrition, lifestyle medicine, exercise, targeted supplementation, and, when appropriate, carefully selected medications into a personalized treatment plan. In addition to my clinical work, I have presented internationally on psychiatric deprescribing and medical ethics. My work has been recognized with awards from the American Psychiatric Association, the International Association for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Allied Professions, the American Psychoanalytic Association, and other leading professional organizations. I am the Founder & Medical Director of Verigrate Health. I am licensed to serve patients in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Lousiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, Washington, D.C., and Wisconsin.

Attending college can be an exciting time and also a challenging time. Adjusting to so many life transitions and managing the stress that comes with these transitions can become overwhelming. Counseling assists you with the adjustment process, helps with finding solutions, learning healthy coping skills and identifying and modifying faulty thinking patterns that contribute to stress, anxiety and depression. Counseling can also help you define life goals, career plans, resolve relationship issues. You don't have to manage these stressful situations alone. Are you ready to take the next step on your path to mental wellness? Request an initial consultation and we can talk about what you are looking for in a therapist and see if we are a good fit. The initial consultation is 10 to 15 minutes and is completely free. My ideal client is someone who is ready to do the work- even if you might still be undecided if therapy is for you. I also enjoy working with clients who like to have a bit of fun. Laughing in therapy is important too!

Hello! I love helping clients along their journey of mental health and finding their inner voice to lead happy, successful lives. I have experience working with young adults in the academic environment who are struggling with a variety of issues ranging from anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, academic stress and many more. I am committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their thought and emotions, gain insight, and develop skills to lead fulfilling lives. I can't wait to serve you!
I specialize in working with graduate students who are seeking a kind, sensitive, and curious clinician to guide them through the mental health rigors of academia. The journey of completing a graduate degree can be a stressor which exacerbates existing issues of perfectionism and anxiety; but it can also be a time of growth, insight, and self-discovery. My second area of speciality is grief and loss. Grief shows up in many ways, often during points of life transition. Break-ups, divorces, deaths of a loved ones, chronic health issues that can impact daily functioning - these losses are part of life but can be challenging to navigate. Sometimes those around us can be uncomfortable with the intensity or duration of grief, or want to "fix it". Therapy can be a space where you can bring these emotions and have space held for their intensity without judgement. Everyone deserves the chance to experience healing and live a full life. I approach my work with genuine interest to know people- where they have been, what has brought them to where they are now, and where they would like to go. I offer both virtual and in-person options for therapy.
No matter where you are at in your journey, I will do my best to meet you there. My name is Jessica Earl and I own and operate my practice in Grand Rapids, MI. For evaluations, I am able to utilize gold-standard assessments to help assess for a variety of disorders. Depending on what you are looking for, I can help you find the best solution that is within my scope of practice. Testing and assessment can aid in finding answers and clarity, coaching can assist with behavioral changes and extra support while you reach your goals, and therapy can help you process trauma, stress, and mental health symptoms. I have been in practice since 2018 and in that time, I have worked with people who have experienced mental illness such as dissociative disorders, suicidal ideation, crisis, mood disorders, anxiety, relationship concerns, psychosis, behavioral concerns, situational stress, and sleep disturbances.

My hope is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where all parts of you are welcome. College is a time of big changes, and it’s normal to feel stressed, anxious, or unsure about how to handle everything. I offer a space where you can talk openly about what’s going on, whether it’s academic pressure, relationships, or figuring out your next steps. I use a variety of approaches based on your needs, with a focus on Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic work, and EMDR. I utilize these methods because they support the whole mind-body connection, allowing history that has been stored in the nervous system to be released. Together we can help make sense of the pieces of your life that have become overwhelming and give you tools to handle life with more confidence.
