I utilize a psychodynamic approach and draw from relational-cultural theory, polyvagal theory, and internal family systems. I'm deeply committed to maintaining an anti-racist, neurodiversity-affirming, and queer-affirming practice, considering clients and their challenges in the context of oppressive systems. My practice offers psychological assessments for children, students, families and adults. Psychoeducation, which involves helping to understand the mental health symptoms that are being presented and learning how to manage them, as well as skills to build deficits with anger control, social interactions and stress relief, are also taught.
