Immediate availability! I am a licensed psychologist who works with adults 18+ and couples, particularly around navigating stress and anxiety, building self-confidence, navigating life transitions, and relationships. My goal is to create a space where you can feel comfortable discussing challenging experiences and relationships, build resilience and coping skills, and develop your own individual identity. I hope to make this a collaborative experience in which we can engage in problem solving and exploration around all aspects of personal and professional development, while also sharing in some laughter. My approach is warm and conversational, yet direct. I use a combination of skills-based interventions with more traditional “talk” therapy as I believe therapy should be flexible and tailored to each individual. My goal is to support while also challenge you, all while using humor and your strengths to help you flourish!

Providing a safe and validating space for others is a value of mine. This has lead me to pursuing a Doctorate in Psychology and thus far 8 years of experience. Throughout my training and career, I've always gravitated towards the college/graduate school population. I've especially appreciated working with students on relationships, identity, and self-love. Being a South-Asian, I've also enjoyed exploring cultural/ethnic/racial identity with clients. In a therapy session my approach is inviting, warm, curious, and a grounding presence. I strongly believe clients are experts on themselves; hence my approach to therapy is empowering and encouraging clients to lean into experiences to meet their goals. I like to use the metaphor that my clients are in the driver's seat and I'm there to support them as they explore where they want to go. Along with a multicultural lens, some therapeutic orientations I often pull from are CBT, ACT, and IFS. Gift-giving is important in many cultures and hence the gift I want to give clients is hope, validation, and safety. I also strive to plant the seeds of empowerment and self-love in clients and continue to nurture that together throughout our sessions. I encourage clients to try out various exercises/skills in between sessions to continue to meet their goals. Overall I hope a client leaves our sessions feeling supported, heard, and respected.

Hi I'm Darin King and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor located in PA. I specialize in helping adolescents and adults overcome the struggles of eating disorders, anxiety, depression, self-harm, and substance abuse. I help my clients learn concrete coping skills and effective ways to take control of their lives. The constant battle of obsessing over one's weight, the unrelenting state of panic and fear at times for no understood reason, and the feelings of shame and urges to self-destruct, don't have to be a part of your life. I've had the opportunity to successfully help people work through these issues and find peace and healing that they deserve. I love working with people with eating disorders because they are intelligent, kind-hearted, and often don't realize their potential and worth in the world. I understand the strength it takes to make the call to ask for help and the uncertainty that comes with starting the recovery process. After studying eating disorders and women's issues extensively and working for years at The Renfrew Center, a renowned residential eating disorder facility, I joined the Emotional Eating program at Princeton House Women's Programs. Feel free to learn more about me and my private practice at www.sarahgoldbergellis.com.
I offer holistic therapy to help students escape the veil of anxiety and live with authenticity. Students I work with struggle with complex emotions. Despite being intelligent, hard-working, and having a witty sense of humor, life isn’t all rainbows and sunshine. When they first come to see me, they are exhausted by the never ending loop of “what if” scenarios and often find themselves trying to be perfect or pretend that they "have it all together." If you’re ready to drop anxiety and find self-compassion, I'm your gal. We will work together in reclaiming your inner knowing, finding your voice, and living your most authentic life.
After 13 years of practice in a community organization, I started my private practice here, 7 years ago in West Chester. I believe in a holistic treatment of body, mind and emotional well being. My mantra is Talk. Change. Thrive. Talking about the different issues with a professional that can give different perspectives and ideas with clinical support, leads to Change. Changing those thought patterns leads to healthier behaviors and actions, which moves us to Thrive. Thriving in life and ways of thinking, so that one can become the person one is intended to be, before all the muck in life that affects one’s well being.
Have you ever felt that life can get lonely when it's so overwhelming? This is a common sentiment, and let's explore it together! My name is Annie Morris, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I specialize in working with adults facing a variety of life experiences including anxiety, depression, caring for aging parents, parenting, grief, marital/relational tension, and life transitions. I help by offering a safe and nonjudgmental environment where you can learn about yourself, process the past, and explore who you want to be for your future. I utilize a mixture of CBT, narrative therapy, somatic work, and emotions-based therapy. In your first few sessions, we will process what life looks like for you now and what you hope to work on. Life is a beautiful, brutal mess sometimes. My hope is that in working together, we can help you to feel less alone and more connected to your life and those you love. Feel free to reach out to me with questions about if you could be a good fit for my practice. I look forward to meeting you and starting this journey together!
Becoming a clinical psychologist grew out of my lifelong wish to help people lessen the emotional and psychological pain that any of us can be susceptible to. I provide a place where people can feel listened to and understood. Feeling heard by someone else can often be the first step to better understanding one’s own feelings and others. Once I understand your issues, I utilize psychological treatments that incorporate the latest findings from cognitive psychology, neuropsychology, neuroscience, and modern psychoanalysis. These treatments are now helping more people find effective ways to meet their emotional needs and have fulfilling and enjoyable lives and relationships. If you are interested in learning more about ways that psychological treatment can reduce your emotional distress and help you to have the life you want to live, please do not hesitate to contact me to arrange for an initial consultation.

Most people feel lost in a maze of unproductive coping strategies, so we use a personalized approach to help you find your way to mental freedom and into a life you deserve.
When depression, anxiety, or trauma overshadows your thoughts, it can be difficult to even imagine how life could be different. Whether you are struggling with work-life balance, relationships, or life transitions, I offer new ways of thinking and a personalized treatment plan that empowers you to live your most meaningful life. I also have significant experience treating college students, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and people of color. I am a psychiatrist practicing in Philadelphia with virtual appointments available for patients in PA, NJ, and NY. In addition to prescribing medications, I incorporate multiple psychotherapy modalities to best suit your needs. I am also happy to collaborate with your existing therapist if your need at this time is primarily medication management. I graduated from Harvard College with High Honors in the Comparative Study of Religion and received my MD from Thomas Jefferson University with a certificate in clinical translational research. I completed my Adult Psychiatry residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in NYC. I also received additional psychotherapy training at NY Psychoanalytic Society & Institute. Rittenhouse Psychiatric Associates is a network of about 25 Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and Psychotherapists who are academically oriented and practice evidence-based care. We treat anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and ADHD. We additionally provide neuropsychological assessments for accommodations. Services include Psychiatric Evaluations, Medication Management and Psychotherapy. Patients can generally be seen within 2-3 weeks. We do not have admitting privileges at local hospitals, and therefore, if a patient is high risk for self-harm, is acutely suicidal or needing crisis intervention, has a history of inpatient psychiatric admissions, suicide attempts, or psychosis, we may recommend providers with additional emergency resources outside of our practice.

We all strive for success in our lives. How we function as parents, professionals, students, or children is shaped by a delicate interaction between factors inside us and outside of us. Our inherited traits, past experiences, and current circumstances all play a role in influencing how we navigate life’s challenges. Yet, it can sometimes be difficult to identify which of these factors are enhancing or hindering our ability to function at our best. The key to greater satisfaction and success lies in being aware of these internal and external factors, understanding how they influence our behavior, and learning how to regulate their impact. As a physician trained in adult, child, and adolescent psychiatry, I take a deeply individualized approach to each of my patients. I work with you to promote a healthy, psychoanalytically oriented exploration of yourself, helping you uncover the root causes of any emotional or psychological distress. By understanding these underlying factors, we can work together to create a clear path toward healing and growth In addition to working with individuals, I also collaborate closely with parents to support the emotional and psychological development of their children. Parenting can be incredibly challenging, and it’s important to approach it with insight and support. I work with families to develop highly individualized strategies that promote mental health, emotional resilience, and a more fulfilling life for everyone involved. Whether you are facing longstanding struggles or simply want to explore your thoughts and feelings more deeply, I invite you to reach out. Together, we can enhance your mental health, achieve greater emotional balance, & improve your overall satisfaction with life. I look forward to hearing from you and supporting you on your journey.
