I offer an informal approach to therapy where you can be totally free to be who you are. I have a lot of experience in working with clients with depression, anxiety and neurodiversity (ADHD/Autism). I also would be a good fit for anyone experiencing grief and loss—either through a death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or life just hasn’t turned out the way you expected. I also understand that college can be a really tough transition and a crazy stressful time in life. I’ve been there and I would love to help you through it.
