Erbie is a Licensed Social Worker dedicated to creating affirming, trauma-informed spaces where healing and self-determination can take root. With experience in crisis settings, case management, and community-based advocacy, Erbie supports clients as they navigate complex life transitions, questions of identity and belonging, and the lasting impacts of trauma and systemic inequities. In therapy, Erbie works collaboratively with each person to build coping skills, emotional resilience, and a deeper sense of connection. Sessions often explore how environment, identity, and lived experiences shape one’s story, with an emphasis on healing that honors the fullness of who you are. Drawing from psychodynamic, psychosocial, and systems theory frameworks, Erbie grounds their work in both emotional insight and social context. If you’re seeking a therapist who will honor your voice, affirm your identity, and hold space for both vulnerability and strength, Erbie would be honored to walk alongside you in your healing journey.
At Creative Growth Counseling, we believe that healing happens through connection, authenticity, and a little humor along the way. Our goal is to create an affirming and compassionate space where individuals can explore their stories, reconnect with their strengths, and cultivate lasting growth. Our practice provides trauma-informed care rooted in empathy, self-discovery, and respect for each person’s unique journey. Each of our therapists brings their own background, expertise, and personality to the work — allowing us to meet clients’ needs with creativity and flexibility. Meag integrates traditional talk therapy, EMDR, and various forms of parts work to help clients process trauma, strengthen self-understanding, and nurture emotional balance. Her approach blends depth, authenticity, and humor to support meaningful change. Erbie’s work is grounded in psychodynamic and systems frameworks, offering clients a space for reflection, empowerment, and emotional growth. They are especially passionate about supporting marginalized communities and helping clients navigate identity, belonging, and life transitions. Whether you’re seeking personal growth, healing from trauma, or simply a safe space to process life’s challenges, Creative Growth Counseling is here to meet you where you are. Together, we’ll explore new ways to grow through what life brings — with compassion, curiosity, and care.
I believe that with the right support we can make small intentional changes to create a satisfying life. I am committed to helping clients feel understood and respected. I help clients identify strategies to alleviate symptoms, modify problematic patterns, and develop effective coping skills. I provide compassionate care and tailor empirically supported treatments. I primarily utilize mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapies and strategies informed by dialectical behavior therapy. These therapies provide symptom alleviation, are well established treatments, and have long term benefits. I have experience and success treating anxiety disorders, unipolar and bipolar depression, self-harm behaviors, low self-esteem, emotion dysregulation, grief, and difficulties associated with navigating transitions. Lastly, I conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for specific learning disabilities, ADHD, and complex mental health disorders. My priority is to provide tailored and effective services in a nurturing and supportive space. Contact me today to learn more about services and how we can work together to support your goals.

If you're a college student who is smart and capable but stuck, we get it. Maybe the structure that carried you through high school disappeared, deadlines pile up, you know what you should be doing and can't make yourself start, or the semester feels like it's slipping away. Noble Mentors pairs you with a mentor who works with you in real life, not just in an office: on campus, at a coffee shop, on a trail, or on video from anywhere. Together you build the systems that actually work for your brain (time, tasks, routines, follow-through), practice them side by side, and then you own them. We work especially well with students with ADHD, executive function challenges, autism and neurodivergence, social anxiety, or the general feeling of being off track. Mentoring is not therapy and doesn't replace it; many of our students also see a counselor, and we coordinate with your care team. Every mentor is trained and supervised, with clinical oversight from our Clinical Director, a licensed clinical social worker. In person across Boulder, Denver, and the Front Range, and by video nationwide. Free 40-minute consultation, and you get to choose your mentor.
My ideal female clients are independent, driven, and highly capable individuals, who feel disconnected from their true selves. They are successful in their careers and relationships, but feel something is missing. They often experience dissatisfaction, burnout, or unfulfilled potential because they are stuck in patterns that don’t align with their true desires or values. These women may feel like they are wearing a mask—pretending to be someone they’re not in different situations, whether it’s at work or in their personal lives. They’re often navigating relationship challenges, struggling with unhealthy dynamics, or feeling unfulfilled in their careers. They seek clarity, support, and guidance to uncover who they truly are, reconnect with their authentic selves, and build deeper, more meaningful relationships. Their primary goal is to break free from the patterns that keep them feeling stuck, develop a sense of fulfillment, and experience genuine connection both with themselves and others. They want to stop hiding behind a facade and start living life on their own terms—feeling empowered, authentic, and aligned with their values. Ultimately, these women want to create a life that feels true to them—a life that is full of joy, confidence, and deeper connection with others. Through therapy, they want to explore their true desires, heal from past patterns, and step into a life that’s fully aligned with who they are.

Stressful events disrupt our balance, which can create dysregulation in our emotional and bodily systems. My expertise lies in helping college students to develop ways to cope with life's stress, regulate the nervous system, and find healing. Let me help you find stability and peace with my practices. I specialize in working with college students who are struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, self-harm, anger and aggression, low self-esteem and trauma experiences. "Resilience is based on being able to accept ambiguity and find hope amid uncertain conditions." This notion, shared by Dr. Pauline Boss, is one that is central to my clinical practice. We all have points in our lives when stress, change, or loss, may leave us feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure of what lies ahead. The opportunity to warmly welcome clients into my office to re-gain their center, tap into internal resources, and nurture the development of new strategies is one I welcome each time I meet someone new. Rocky, my therapy dog, provides an added level of comfort for clients.
At Psych for Tykes and Teens, we believe every child and young adult deserves to feel happy and be successful. Today's world is a tough one, with the increased challenges and demands that we have never before faced. Dr. Gellman's mission is to help patients conquer the challenges that life will throw at them now and in the future and, overall, to help people thrive in all aspects of life.
Many students have mental health concerns from time to time. We feel stuck or face certain challenges. Sometimes we know what’s wrong and other times, we have the nagging sensation that something feels “off.” It can be stress, anxiety, depression, or academic pressures. When we understand the causes of your troubles, we can alleviate your symptoms. And, when we do, you’ll feel renewed and be a better student, friend, romantic partner, son or daughter. When your desire for your own welfare overrules your limiting beliefs and negative self-talk, what you aspire to starts flowing into your lives—be it a relationship, academic success. Your manifestations become effortless, without internal strife and resistance.
Becoming an adult is incredibly exciting but can also be extremely challenging and down right terrifying. Rather it be trauma, anxiety, depression or something else that has carried over from pre college or something new that is happening in college, I can help support. From exploring coping mechanisms, managing your continuously evolving scheduling, navigating stressors and anxiety or processing past trauma and beginning those steps to healing I will tailor your sessions to you and ensure that you are getting what you want from your therapy session. I offer 15 minute consultations to see if we would be a good fit so please reach out.
