Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in working with young adults facing issues related to anxiety, depression, relationships, family, identity and stress. Right now, I offer telehealth therapy for folks in Maine and Massachusetts. I help my clients by creating a collaborative and affirming space to gain skills, process experiences, and grow. When we find ways to adapt to overwhelming emotions, process our most unpleasant feelings and offer understanding and compassion to all the messy parts of ourselves, we can begin to navigate life's challenges effectively with confidence and joy. We come to therapy with our struggles. The hope is that we leave them behind, and go forward in life with freedom and joy. I am here to offer counseling and therapeutic support to you as you unburden yourself of limitation, and seek your innate capacity for transformation. My job is to care about you as you learn just how deeply you can care for you, too. To me, therapy is listening deeply – I listen to you. And you listen to yourself, to hear your irreplaceable, undivided, internally original voice. I am inspired always by the incredible power, dignity and strength it shows every time you simply arrive in session. All of my work is embraced with the spirit of mindfulness meditation, of which I have been a devoted student for over 15 years. Mindfulness is simply allowing our thoughts the space to be seen fully, in a non-judgmental way, so that we may see ourselves clearly, with compassion, and choose our course in life with wisdom. I happily look forward to offering you support and guidance through whatever challenge you face right now. Together let’s transform your struggle into strength.

Hi there! My name is Taylor and I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker. I center my practice on joy and liberation by creating a space for individuals to show up as their full authentic selves. I use an empowerment, strengths-based model in order to build connection, establish trust, and affirm the strengths individuals already possess. I work with individuals who are experiencing domestic violence, trauma, depression, and anxiety. Additionally, I enjoy working with individuals who want to explore their racial and gender identities in a therapeutic setting.
Welcome! Most of my clients are learning to be kinder to themselves, more present , and more intentional as they navigate mental health issues. They are generally curious and sensitive people who want support and validation to heal.
Hi! I'm Kade- a queer, nonbinary therapist that got bored of doing traditional therapy. Now, I work with clients in the outdoors (think: walk and talk therapy, or hanging out by a creek, or making nature art) or offer to bring in art and nature into our office or virtual sessions. I primarily work with LGBTQIA+ clients as well as those figuring out life after leaving or reconsidering religion. Many of my other clients are navigating life changes that feel chaotic or are just trying to give therapy "another shot". My ultimate goal for my clients is for them to get the support they're needing. So, I'll invite you to check in about what's working or not, and will work to co-create an approach to therapy based on your own needs. Therapy should never be a "one size fits all" kind of thing.
Welcome! I am so glad you are taking the first steps to feeling better. Whether you are suffering from relationship struggles, depression, difficulty adjusting, anxiety, loss, trauma or just need someone to talk to about your life, I welcome you to reach out to see if my services and treatment are right for you. I offer traditional psychotherapy, expressive therapy, and EMDR. My office (in-person and virtual) is a safe place to share what weighs on you, heal trauma and learn about healthy ways of coping and interacting with people in your life. Together we can make a plan for a fulfilling and positive future. The first step is reaching out. From there we can work together to help you feel better.
Hi! I'm Dani, I’m currently welcoming new clients and I do accept insurance! If you’re feeling stuck in a life transition, weighed down by anxiety or depression, or simply overwhelmed by everyday stress, you’re not alone. Therapy is a space where you can pause, reflect, and start making sense of what’s getting in the way of feeling like yourself again. I understand how difficult it can be to take the first step toward change, I've been there too. You don't have to do it alone. My approach is collaborative, grounded in compassion, and warm. Together, we’ll explore your emotions, uncover patterns that may be holding you back, and build practical tools to help you manage stress, improve relationships, and move through life with more ease and confidence. The result? Living a life where you feel more grounded, self-aware, and empowered Whether you’re navigating uncertainty, seeking clarity, or ready to grow, I’ll meet you where you are and support you in creating a life that feels more balanced, connected, and fulfilling.
Your present need not be your future! Life isn’t always easy. Today you may be anxious, depressed, stuck, overwhelmed, flunking out, and/or obsessed. Tomorrow can be different. The path to a better future may involve courageously exploring emotions or it may involve learning and practicing new habits or strategies. Sometimes little changes cause dramatic results. My specialty is working with you to determine what will work best for you. To this task I bring great depth and breadth of experience. I was actually a college dropout before I became a Clinical Psychologist and Neuropsychologist after first becoming an Educational & Career Counselor & then applying my knowledge & skills on myself. I’ve been in private practice as a therapist for over 30 years, have consulted to hospitals for decades as a Clinical Neuropsychologist, taught the graduate course Neuropsychology to psychology doctoral students for 18 years, created the graduate course Nutrition, Brain and Behavior, provided lectures on neuropsychology for medical students and residents through Harvard Medical School’s Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital and created many continuing education courses for psychologists and lectured college counselors nationwide on improving college performance. I’ve done thousands of assessments encompassing ADHD, learning disability, autism, memory disorders, executive dysfunction, anxiety disorders and depression, yet, despite this I do not think in terms of these labels. Most sessions begin with screening not to assign a diagnosis but determination of the type of psychotherapy or lifestyle changes with which you are likely to feel most comfortable. Take the first step towards a better tomorrow.

I am a clinical social worker and a psychoanalyst with 24 years of experience working in different clinical settings including college counseling center, hospital, community mental health clinic, and private practice. I enjoy working with people who want to learn more about themselves and wish to grow. Over the many years of doing my work, I have helped a wide range of individuals transform painful emotional patterns, grow in self-awareness, and create more meaningful lives. The length and the intensity of the therapy is determined by each patient. You might want to focus on a specific problem in your current life in short term psychodynamic psychotherapy, or you may choose to engage in more exploratory psychoanalytic psychotherapy. I also offer psychoanalysis. Although my orientation is psychoanalytic, I incorporate other treatment modalities and adapt my clinical style to individual needs. I am very familiar with the emotional stressors of academic life as a clinician and a former academic. Before training as a psychoanalyst, I taught Russian literature, Polish literature and Polish film at UMass/Amherst. In my clinical work, I enjoy working with undergraduate and graduate students and individuals from different cultural backgrounds. I accept all PPOs and will help you submit claims to your insurance for reimbursement.
