My mission is to walk alongside teenage and college-aged women, children, and families on their journey towards health and flourishing. I believe in a holistic approach to counseling that addresses the emotional, psychological, social, and spiritual facets of who we are. As a former student I understand the severe challenges college can bring. I am seeking to care for those struggling with depression, anxiety, self-harm, trauma, life transitions, and personal growth. I desire to be a light in the darkness and a source of hope and comfort for others in their own seasons of struggle. I am also happy to incorporate faith and spirituality in the counseling process upon request. I am a counseling intern under supervision pursuing my Master's degree in Christian Marriage, Family, and Individual Counseling from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Immediate availability! I specialize in women’s issues, relationship challenges, and supporting individuals and families impacted by autism or special needs. As a former special education teacher, a sibling of brothers with special needs, and a Christian, I bring both professional and personal insight. Using approaches like CBT, Gottman Methods, and EFT, I walk alongside you as you build healthier relationships and learn how reconnect with yourself and others. I practice through a HIPPA compliant Telehealth platform, which eliminates the need to find childcare and allows you to pursue counseling from the comfort of your own home. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing life’s challenges, including relationship issues, autism, women’s issues, OCD, chronic illness, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also specialize in parent coaching, ADHD, military families, and pre-marital and marriage counseling. My counseling approach focuses on building a genuine, trusting relationship with you, as that’s key to effective healing. I’m also happy to incorporate faith if it’s important to you. If you think we might be a good fit, I’d love to connect! In my free time, I enjoy being outside, a good cup of coffee, serving at church, baking, and listening to music.
Going to a counselor can be intimidating or nerve wracking. Will they accept me? What if I don't know what exactly I want to talk about in therapy? Or do I really want to open up about some of these things? All of these feelings are really normal when beginning counseling and I've had experience working with kids, teenagers, young adults, and adults to begin the journey of processing whatever they would like to work on in therapy. I offer collaborative, supportive, and honest therapy to provide my clients with therapy that helps them identify and work towards the changes they want to see in their lives. I would say my most successful clients have been clients who have been experiencing feelings of anxiety and processing past trauma. I have training in EMDR therapy to help assist with processing past trauma and I work from a theoretical framework of attachment theory, which emphasizes how past relationships impact current relationships. I also provide couples counseling as I have training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. I am currently accepting new clients and I'd love to talk over phone or email to see if I might be a good fit for you!
You're both reflective, and self-critical, constantly trying to prove yourself. The strive for perfection, and loud inner critic leave you feeling exhausted both physically and emotionally. You want to feel better, but don't know where to begin... Whether you're navigating anxiety, processing trauma, or you’re exploring your relationship with food and/or your body, I want you to know things can get better. My work focuses on empowering college aged and younger adult women as they begin to connect with who they are, clarify what is important to them, and cultivate a life where they feel fulfilled, connected, and energized. My approach is warm, relational, trauma informed, and direct. I use humor when appropriate, and encourage my clients to show up authentically. I integrate somatic (body) based interventions like gentle movement, breathwork, and ifs-parts work with cognitive approaches to help you better identify, understand, and work through your thoughts and feelings. My passion is helping women explore and improve their relationships with food, their bodies, and ultimately, themselves. Together we can explore the deep rooted narratives you hold, and work on building a new story that feels both empowering and tangible. I strongly believe we heal through safe connection, so if you're ready and willing, let's connect!

I specialize in relationship issues, breakups, and complex trauma processing, and I work with adult individuals and couples. Folks who struggle with boundaries, expressing needs, avoidance, anxiety, or managing conflict find our work rewarding. I'm especially passionate about supporting BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and highly sensitive folks. I help clients process distress, foster meaningful connections, and build resiliency. I’m a humanistic, strengths-based therapist, which means I believe that you already have what you need within you to thrive. We'll work together to heal past wounds and uncover the authentic self that lies beneath. I'm trauma-informed and attachment-oriented, and often use IFS and EFT interventions. I focus on creating experiences in session where you can connect to your body, emotions, and parts of yourself you’ve kept hidden, even from yourself. If you’re journeying as a couple, this may look like learning to connect in more vulnerable ways. Reaching out to a new therapist can feel daunting, and I get how important it is to find someone who feels right for you. I’m here to help you figure out what you really need and how we can make that happen together. I’m excited to meet you and help you find the trust, confidence, and peace of mind you deserve.

Perhaps you’ve been keeping your head above water in your day-to-day life, but find yourself worrying a lot or feeling stuck in a “funk." Maybe you’ve been carrying something heavy for long enough, and are finally ready to talk through it in a supportive space. Or maybe you simply want to feel heard and understood as you navigate a tough transition in your life; you just need someone to be there with you while you do it. While anxiety and trauma may leave us feeling depleted, I believe that counseling can help us find our most authentic and resilient selves through these experiences. My aims are to listen with non-judgment, to help you identify the goals and steps toward them that feel right for you, and to offer support, tools, and even a gentle nudge when you need it. We will co-create a space that feels safe enough to talk about the hard stuff in life, while also shining plenty of light on what helps you feel hopeful and positive. The decision to start counseling is not an easy one, and I know feeling a good connection with your counselor matters. I am passionate about building genuine and effective relationships with my clients and find that empathy, authenticity, and even humor are helpful tools in doing so. Please feel free to reach out about setting up a free phone consultation. Life can feel like a constant push toward the next achievement, leaving you stuck in self-doubt, uncertainty, or the pressure to have it all figured out. Maybe you're questioning your path, struggling with relationships, or trying to break free from old patterns that no longer serve you. If your inner critic won’t quiet down or you feel overwhelmed by anxiety and stress, you don’t have to navigate it alone. The experiences we carry from childhood shape how we navigate relationships, cope with challenges, and see ourselves. Past wounds can create patterns that feel hard to break, but change is possible. If you feel stuck in cycles of self-doubt, struggling to set boundaries, or weighed down by family expectations, therapy can support you in discovering your true self and creating healthier patterns. I offer a space to explore these challenges, challenge limiting beliefs, and develop a stronger connection to yourself. I specialize in a psychodynamic approach with an attachment lens, helping you unpack how past experiences influence your present. Using a trauma-informed and holistic framework, I address the whole person—mind, body, and emotions. I also can incorporate brainspotting, a nontraditional but powerful tool that helps process trauma and emotional distress beyond talk therapy. Additionally, I support those adjusting to life with cancer or chronic illness, helping you navigate the emotional weight of a diagnosis, changes in identity, and the uncertainty that comes with it. My style is warm, approachable, and real. Therapy should be a place where you feel safe to be yourself—whether you’re laughing, crying, or just figuring things out. Let’s work together to build confidence, clarity, and a life that feels more like yours.
With experience working with children, adults, and couples, I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space—whether in the office or outdoors—where you can explore emotions, deepen self-awareness, and create lasting personal growth. My person-centered approach keeps your voice and your goals at the core of our work. Whether you're navigating anxiety, healing from trauma, improving relationships, or searching for direction, I’m here to support and guide you. Together, we’ll collaborate to create meaningful change at a pace and style that feels right for you.
