Immediate Openings - Mornings, Afternoons, Evenings. Hi. I’m Sheena (she/her), a mental health counselor licensed in Massachusetts. I work with individual clients via telehealth Monday through Thursday. As a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) myself, I specialize in working with other HSPs (wondering if you might be highly sensitive? Take the self-assessment: https://hsperson.com/test/highly-sensitive-test/). Together, we’ll identify your strengths that you can use to manage the challenges that can come with being highly sensitive (including overwhelm, sensory sensitivities, and irritability). As a member of the queer community, it has been important to me to support LGBTQ+ clients throughout my career. For some clients, their gender identity and sexual orientation is a major part of our work together. For others, it’s reassuring to know they’re working with a supportive, affirming therapist. I am a Certified Body Trust® Provider, meaning I help clients work on their relationship with food and themselves from a weight-inclusive, health-at-every-size stance. Additional areas of focus include anxiety, grief, stress management, self-care, finding your purpose, and relationships. I bring empathy and curiosity into my work as a therapist. I aim to honor the wide spectrum and intersectionality of different cultures, neurotypes, sexuality, and gender of my clients, though there is always more for me to learn. I pull from different modalities to meet your unique needs, including cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and internal family systems. I am trauma- and neurodiverse-informed. I believe the answers you seek are within you and I am here as a support and guide on your path toward growth, healing, and wellness. I love to use humor in sessions when appropriate. I take a balanced, gentle approach by supporting you to process how you’re feeling and what you’ve experienced. I also think it’s useful for you to learn skills and take action steps in and between sessions to support the change you’re seeking. I am truly honored to be welcomed into your world.

***While I am not in-network with the Dartmouth Student Health Plan, I do bill that plan directly and students only pay a $35 copay each session.*** I particularly enjoy working with undergraduate and graduate students and my clients find my office location on Main Street easy to access from campus. I provide a warm, professional, and respectful environment where we will explore the concerns that brought you to therapy. We will work together to develop a coherent narrative of what is working and not working in your life, and draw on my experience and training to cultivate the insights, tools, and resources to create positive change. I work with adolescents and adults on a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, identity questions, concerns about substance use, and life transitions; young adults struggling to thrive socially or academically; and the impact of learning disabilities on social and emotional functioning. My approach to therapy is informed by training and experience in traditional dynamic psychotherapy, CBT, attachment theory, executive function coaching and mindfulness techniques. I also have a deep interest in using findings in neuroscience to inform our understanding of various problems of living.

Hi, my practice is here to support those struggling with disordered eating, body image issues, depression, anxiety, and complex trauma. Most of my clients come to me due to feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, exhausted, and have a feeling of just surviving. I utilize a variety of different modalities based on the individuals needs. I often will encourage clients to process feelings from the inside out this allows for a deeper connection to your authentic self and sets you up to have your needs met. Some practices I may use are mindfulness, breathing practices, brainspotting, and guided somatic practices.

If you are struggling with a life transition, relationship issue or feeling stuck in a cycle of worry or sadness, I am here to listen to you and help. Together, we will explore the challenges you are facing, gain insight into deeply rooted patterns of behavior, and identify skills to help you live life according to your own values. My style is active and engaged, and my clients find therapy to be a safe, supportive and collaborative space. I believe that kindness, warmth, humor and curiosity are vital to a successful therapeutic experience, and that every person has strengths that can assist them in navigating the obstacles they face. I have specialized in working with college and graduate students for the past nine years. Treatment is tailored to each individual using an integrative approach. I currently practice through Telehealth for clients in NY, CT, and MA. One of the most important elements of successful therapy is your connection with your therapist. My name is Rebecca Razumny, and I’m both a licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Massachusetts. I specialize in working with adolescent girls and adult women diagnosed with ADHD and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder—particularly those who have spent years masking, struggling with executive functioning, and navigating chronic emotional overwhelm. I launched my virtual private practice in 2022 and currently offer both individual and group counseling through telehealth. My therapeutic approach blends clinical insight, neurodivergent-affirming care, and behavior science. I work extensively with women who are coming to terms with a recent diagnosis, burnout from masking, academic anxiety, and difficulties with social-emotional regulation. My goal is to support my clients in reconnecting with their authentic identity and building sustainable strategies for success. I’m currently accepting new clients and offer a free 15-minute consultation to ensure a strong clinical fit. I accept most major insurance plans as well as private pay.

You’re used to handling things. You’ve figured out how to succeed, meet deadlines, and show up for others — but lately it feels harder. Maybe anxiety is louder, your mood dips more often, or relationships feel strained. You don’t have to keep pushing through alone. Therapy can help you build steadiness, clarity, and more intentional choices in the middle of a demanding season. At Mind Field Therapy, I work with college students navigating anxiety, depression, identity shifts, relationship stress, and the impact of difficult life events or past trauma. I’ll absolutely ask how you’re feeling — and we’ll go deeper than that. I’m direct, grounded, and occasionally use humor when it helps us loosen anxiety’s grip. The goal isn’t endless venting; it’s understanding what’s driving the patterns and building tools you can actually use.

Hi, I’m Dan—the founder and owner of Clarity Counseling Services, LLC. College can be exciting, but it can also feel like a lot—especially when you’re expected to juggle academics, relationships, identity, family pressures, and your future. Maybe you look like you're holding it together, but inside you're overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure of how to keep going. Maybe you’re trying to make sense of a tough experience, struggling to manage expectations, or just feeling... off. You want to feel better—but you also want to understand yourself more deeply and figure out how you got here. Therapy can help. Together, we’ll explore what’s going on and build a path forward. I offer a warm, collaborative space where you don’t have to filter your words or mask your feelings. I specialize in helping college students navigate stress, anxiety, identity shifts, relationships, and big life transitions. My style is supportive and down-to-earth, and I’ll meet you wherever you are—with curiosity, calm, and without judgment. I use an integrative, strengths-based approach tailored to your needs, drawing from nearly 20 years of clinical experience. We'll work together to unpack what’s weighing you down, improve your self-understanding, and build tools that help you feel more grounded, balanced, and capable—both now and in the future. It’s time to find more peace, clarity, and meaning—not just in school, but in all parts of your life. Let’s work together to get you there. **A Note About Insurance: I’m an insurance-friendly provider. While I don’t bill insurance directly, many students with PPO or POS plans successfully use their out-of-network benefits to get reimbursed. I provide detailed Superbills and can guide you through the process step by step. I also offer a free 20-minute phone consultation to help you get a feel for how I work and see if we’re a good fit. If you have any questions about fees or insurance, please don’t hesitate to reach out—I’m here to help.**

College can feel overwhelming — and for many students, it’s the first time they’re navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, or difficult relationships without the support systems they grew up with. If you’ve been struggling to focus, feeling stuck, or carrying something that’s hard to name, therapy can help. I’m Lexie, a licensed clinical social worker with 30 years of experience. I work with young adults who are trying to understand themselves better — why they feel the way they do, why certain patterns keep showing up, and how to build a life that actually feels like theirs. My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I draw on a wide range of evidence-based methods — including CBT, IFS, DBT, somatic work, and mindfulness — and I tailor everything to you. There’s no one-size-fits-all here. I specialize in; • ADHD and executive function • Anxiety and social anxiety • Depression • Trauma and PTSD • Perfectionism • Identity and relationship patterns • College adjustment and academic stress Whether you’re dealing with something specific or just know that something feels off, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
